"Hey, Bootsy, don't you ever post anything but art blogs anymore?"
"No."
I don't often share cover art I've done on this blog, but hey, it's Equestria Girls Zecora. That's kinda a rare thing, at least when it comes to movie-style artwork. Plus, Zecora is just cool. Here's her as a fortune teller, which she appears as in Shadowbolts Adventures: Choices (in case you somehow didn't know, I do all the artwork for that series). The mohawk... didn't really suit the role, hence its absence. I think the longer hair looks cute on her, though, so oh well.
And hey, if you haven't read Shadowbolts Adventures, get on that (starting from the beginning, of course). It's a pretty good series that fleshes out some of the least-developed characters in Friendship Games.
She looks neat! The thick striped locks give her kind of a Medusa-ish vibe.
Zecora appeared without her mohawk in her Nightmare Night costume in Luna Eclipsed if I recall correctly

She did, though I think that was a wig, given the colors. But that's what inspired this hairstyle, yeah.
What would Zecora even be in the Equestria Girls universe anyway? An ethics teacher or something?

I've actually been sitting around trying to think about what role she might have outside of a magical negro, but I ended up getting a bit drunk and couldn't really think of anything. I'll have to get back to you on that, 'cause this is an interesting topic that, if I can figure out, might be cool to explore if I ever write again.
