I've gotten a lot of comments on Three More Things asking about potential shipping, specifically of Jade and Hsi Wu. Apparently, it's a frequent fan-shipping.
Now, I won't say anything yet about what will happen down the line in this story. However...(more after the break)

Yeah, I have never understood that ship, and I never will. Jade hates Hsi Wu almost as much as she hates Shendu.
I only have two ships on JCA, Jackie/Viper and Uncle/Tohru's mom. I would like to see both happen. Jade is just to young in my book and nobody pairs with her well imho.
He didn't actually have feelings for her, he was just manipulating her to get his tail back.
I ship her with Drew, the kid in her class who's obnoxiously skeptical about her stories, he probably thinks she's pretty cool, but is too proud to admit it

Speaking of this series, I happened to be checking your DA page (I was looking to see if you had any more chapters of "Family Hsicret" that weren't on FF.Net) and saw two more future stories identified in one of the comments:
"Sunset Shimmer will be raised by Star Fox."
"Cheerilee will be raised by Sly Cooper."
Do you have titles for these yet, and shall I add them to this series' TV Tropes page? (Also, are there any more that are in the works and that aren't listed there yet?)

The Sunset Shimmer raised by Team Star Fox one is called "My Own Wings".
Cheerilee raised by Sly Cooper is "Cheers, You Old Sly Fox".
There are three others planned out not yet on the list on TvTropes.
The first is Big Mac being raised alongside Gohan in DBZ Abridged. It does not yet have a planned title.
The second is Discord being raised by Sheogorath/Jyggalag of the Elder Scrolls, called "Order and Chaos".
The third is Moondancer being raised by Gigue post the events of Mother, through the events of the fanmade game "Cognitive Dissonance", and extending into the events of Earthbound (where Gigue is Giygas). The title will be "Mother X: Father".

Shipping can just get... weird sometimes.
I mean, it's interesting in that some of the pairings work in ways you wouldn't imagine them to (I'm actually particularly fond of the AtLA pairing of Aang and Azula) and can lead to incredible stories (there's one for Xmen Evolution with Jean Grey and Blob), but to get to the point that the pairing could happen all too often requires at least one, and often both, of the characters to act out-of-character- in which case, is it really those characters interacting then?
Personally I prefer writing without a specific pairing in mind, and just seeing how the characters end up interacting- if there's no romance, fine, if one develops, alright. If it's weird... well, someone will be happy.

Just a heads-up... I've added a recap page to the "Adopted Displaced" TV Tropes page. Only two stories ("Another Hatchling" and "Three More Things!") are done so far; the other thirteen sections (the two Fortresshy fics are kept together) are still in development. (Basic frames exist but have not been posted for eight of them; I'll be filling them in as I re-read the fics and posting them to the site once they're done. In the process, I expect I'll be finding a lot more tropes for each to add to the main page.)

Umm...recap page? Where's that? And what is that?
4067743 A recap is a summary of what has come so far in each story. I've finished the ones for "Another Hatchling" and "Three More Things!" (as they currently stand), have outlines for eight more stories, and will get to the last five after I've finished the ones currently in progress.
For the video game-based stories, their recaps will basically be a list of which games were adapted, what chapters they covered, and a summary for each arc. For instance, the bare-bones version of "Another Hatchling" is as follows (plus extra details in each section, some more detailed than others):
