    Reader interaction poll!

    Please check it out here.

Since comments are a little scarce and I’m new to long-form mature fiction, I wanted to do a quick survey. It’s all anonymous but it’s going to be very helpful because of the content slated to appear in the next few chapters. Your votes will help me gauge reader feelings and the intensity of how graphic things will be.

    Pretty Pony Poems

Lately, I have been going through various complete entries in Missing Pages that were too short to publish. I decided that "Just Weep" shouldn't be left to gather dust there. I've since published it as its own story with the addition of eight new poems about Celestia (and Luna) so that it is long enough to count as a one-shot according to the site's minimum wordcount rule. If you read the

    ICE STAR WROTE HORSE SEX

    WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?

Yes. I did. Two horses having normal horse sex. It's a completely serious story, but I decided to go out of my usual skill area for April Fool's Day. If you've been following Stay Golden and you want a quick peek of what's to come, this story is for you.

It's also getting a lotta downvotes for not being porn. RIP in pepperoni.

I had a few chapters of backlog left. Or, a modest update.

I started catching up on what I could yesterday when I saw the crazy amount of notifications I had accumulated. It's certainly going to take me a while and then some to read all of the stories that were published recently. I'm not doing too good; I'll have a blog about that sooner or later. Until then, know that I have some updates for Marigold's story that have been edited and are waiting for

Hi, it's been a while since I've been on here. But enough about me. I need y'all's help.

I'll make a blog about the shit I've been up to some other time. Right now, I'm kind of having a huge emergency -- except it's not impacting me. It's impacting my boyfriend. He's disabled and trying to get a car... the problem is his family is filled with other people who are disabled and they have no working vehicle. They live in poverty. I'm broke from getting my friends -- as well as him and

Next big project is out! Hooray! (Includes excerpt) · 2:45pm Jun 16th, 2016

About a month or so ago I hinted at a large project of 10,000+ words coming soon. Well, now it's out and this has got to be one of my favorite stories so far. It's epic. It's witty. It's also very tragic with plenty of drama that's become a staple of my stories. While the barest concept (Sombra's banishment) is nothing new, this of course is filled with many twists and turns. There's plenty of backstories and battles and unlike many of my other stories it's not a sequel but it is a gateway* to some of my other works. There's also plenty of new lore for you Icy fans. Please be sure to upvote if you fave it.

Anyway, get the stuff below the break.

*Did I just make my stories sound like drugs?

Before Luna became Nightmare Moon, there was Discord, and before there was Discord there was Sombra, the tyrant King of the North a foe who was vanquished without the Elements, but by the Two Sisters with a magic all their own. They lost a city, it was taken by the mad king's magic.

After years among the three pony tribes the Two Sisters fight their first great foe by themselves: King Sombra, the tyrant King of the Crystal Empire. Nothing goes as planned, everything, and everypony are not as they seem.

Excerpt:

There through the barrages of snowflakes was the hint of radiant white light shining forth and framing the pure white coat of an angelic winged being. Princess Celestia entered from that light, her horn aglow with golden aura and her mane and tail rushes of vibrant and bright color. Her expression was stern as she surveyed her dismal surroundings. When her hooves touched the mountains’ surface the heat of her magic dissolved the snow.

Celestia held a tattered sheath in the grip of her magic, and without so much as a glance in her sister's direction she tossed the object towards Luna and looked out at the city before them, magenta eyes brimming with concern for all the ponies trapped under the reign of such a foe.

Luna's own magic caught the sheath and withdrew a familiar sword of plain silver. She slipped the correct loop on the sheath's harness over her head. It was nice to have something familiar.

"I take it that this was just in case?" Luna asked, her voice low. During her time in disguise Luna had temporarily adopted the singular pronouns and smoother language used by the Crystalline Citizens.

Celestia didn't answer her question. "What hast thou learned of the tyrant?"

Upon their joint coronations as Princesses of Equestria, Celestia and Luna had both combined their constant usage of the majestic plural with the common language used by Equestrians. Very rarely did they ever revert to any other speech.

"Not much," Luna confessed, "He never appeared, all I know of him is that he is mad, bloodthirsty, and sadistic with a nature that cannot be predicted. It is said that the wind's howl is nothing more than an effect of his crazed and constant laughter, yet from what I do know about him it is that he appears to have no control over the weather. The constant storms seem to be a result of something else.

Celestia displayed no visible reaction but merely uttered, "We see," obviously disappointed with what she considered to be a lack of adequate knowledge on her sister's part.

There was a brief pause between the strangers that had once been family, yet only Luna noted this.

"What will we do then, Celestia?" She hadn't called her Tia in many years.

Another stretch of silence followed until Celestia spoke, and when she did it was closer to the language variant the sister's shared in the earliest days of their youth.

(Yes, there is a cool speech after this that I just omitted, haha) :trollestia:
