feels weird
but, also pretty cool.
i dunno if this is gonna inspire me to write well, but it's still pretty neat to see that something i wrote was good enough to get posted. big thanks to the pre-reader who helped me out with editing stuff - definitely not my strong suit, and i probably wouldn't have been able to touch up the story properly without help.
also, big thanks to the artist who inspired the story for the friend-off - obsidian is a cool guy and he was really nice about encouraging me to try and get this story posted on EQD. not sure if i'm gonna submit more stuff or not, because that would mean coming up with stories that didn't involve sex... i've only got one other one, my second friend-off story... and while the artist i wrote it for, BCS, seemed to like it a bit, i don't think it was my best work. also, it wasn't good enough to warrant an exchange in friend-off spirit, so i can't imagine it's that special. it was mostly inspired by buttersc0tch sundae's 'The Night Fluttershy Exploded' anyway, which i feel is a much better story and you should probably read it instead of 'moonlight'.
anyway. just a blog post congratulating myself for not being terible, i guess. please share your thoughts on the story if you feel like it...it'd be nice to hear some perspectives on something that's not designed for boner factor.
i know a lot of people are waiting for me to get writing again, and i'm still sorry to disappoint - if i can get to work on anything, it'll be a request for someone who's been waiting for it for a while. honestly, i'd more like to read some stories than anything else, since some of my trades kind of bottomed out... but that's my own fault more than anything else.
so yeah. i'll try harder. thanks everyone for reading my stuff, if you are.

I always liked WYCI, the characters are fantastic. I really like how naturally they interacted, especially on emotive notes which I feel I either play too subtle or too over the top. And oh god the atmosphere made me jealous.
And hey, just write when it comes to you.
You joking right? You think your bad? DUDE....YOU MADE ME HAVE MORE PERMENT LOVE FOR SPILIGHT, DAMN IT!!!! That in itself is something that will NEVER be forgotten, I'm going to read more of your amaing stories because to be honest, you are like Luna when writing....a pure god of the computer....seriously though, you did amaing, you have no idea how much you made me the type of hybrid I am today, thank you my dear friend, thank you.

You did a very very vivid job of creating a set of original characters in a story and making them both believable and entertaining darf. Image always deserved to get more attention and congrats, now it has man.

i have something in mind now, but i don't wanna tell you what it is because i'm not up to writing anything and i wouldn't want you to finish your half while i languished in miserable non-productivity
if you want i can pm the idea later, but the above issues are firm in my mind
