So I got a PM request from Warsmith Keagan asking me to inform my readers that his stories are unrelated to Age of Iron. Apparently it's been a problem.
Naturally, as Iron Warriors are best Astartes, it is reasonable that lots of fans would write them in crossovers with other cool stuff without any need for inspiration from me. All stories related to the Age of Iron continuity/ficverse/whatevs are directly posted to the Age of Iron group, which you should all totally join because it's great and we'll soon have a brand new banner HOORAY!
Yeah. But Keagan's story has nothing to do with the 38th Company or any related properties or ideas beyond Iron Warriors meeting ponies.
Pretty sure I'm like legally obligated, with my username, to say that Space Woofs are in fact the superior Astartes.
Actually got a friend of mine to start reading Age of Iron. Was just telling me the other day that he loves 'em!

I would dispute that, but I just remembered that I'm on an MLP fan site.
This is not the place to try to take on the Furries. You win this round...

honestly, most of the Warhammer stuff I've read has been Caiphus Cain, so yay Imperial Meatshield Guard?
HERESY SPOTTED COMMENCE THE ATTACK!!!!
But in all seriousness I like Crimson Fists more than Iron Warriors. Not only are they Imperial Fist descendants I like them because they're just really good people to normal humans despite being 8-foot tall killing machines. I think that is pretty fucking awesome.
For those who doubt the Top-tier broness of the Crimson Fists, there's a part from the Rynn's World novel where Captain Cortez saves a mother and her kids, one of which is only a baby, from being murdered by Orks. Kantor is quite displeased at this, knowing that there are very few Crimson Fists left and they could not afford to take refugees along for the ride. However, he mentions they can tag along if they can keep up with the Astartes. You know how that went. Eventually the mother fatigues and falters, falling to her knees. The column of marines halt as their Chapter Master moves to the back, where the reader is to believe that he is about to kill her given his wrist-mounted Storm Bolter is very, very close to her head. She pleads that her children were so heavy and she tried, and what does Kantor do? Let me stress that he did not want her in the first place. What does he do? He replies with, "You did well to bring them this far. It is time someone else carried you now." And then he picks her up in his arms, along with her kids, and rejoins his Battle-Brothers.

Quit it! You're getting hope and humanity in my grim darkness!
3954628 In my opinion there SHOULD be some hope in the darkness. Just make said hope unreachable thereby exacerbating the grim darkness everyone is in.
Simply, it's a case of "If there is no evil then what is good?" Just switch evil with hope and good with hopelessness.
