We bought the Pathfinder Ultimate Intrigue book on Sunday. Just leafed through it. I desperately wish to play a Cipher or Forensic Physician (Investigator archetypes), or a Snoop (Rogue archetype). Hmmm... Could I make that work in Ponyfinder?
So basically I want to do some variant of Sherlock Holmes and James Bond?
*laughs* Oh, man. You and yours do Pathfinder? I'm currently stalled running Wrath of the Righteous one on one for my spouse, and we're throwing around ideas for the spouse to run Hell's Rebels one on one for me in turn.

Oh, pffft, yeah. Tabletop gaming was how husbando and I met in the first place! He's more of a smashy-smashy powergamer, and I'm a brainy diplomancer and cryptologist, but we're both thespians when it comes to engaging in a scene. His engineer brain makes him a good DM. He's run a number of D&D 3.5 and Pathfinder games, including one game of Rogue Trader. I've tried my hand at simpler systems: the Dragon Age RPG and Savage Worlds. I'm fairly open to playing pretty much anything, no matter the setting.
I'm jealous that you and your spouse could find time to play one on one! Lately hubby works a lot, so most of my games have been online. I'd love to do a simple campaign with him though. He's a fun player.
3954208 Well, we're a bit stalled due to my stress there, but one of the ways we manage to snatch a lot of time is Roll20, speaking of one on one. Since everything's recorded and the diceroller is typed, we can pick up, game for an hour or something, set down, and run later. The spouse is also running an r20-based Exalted game where I get to be big and smashy and basically Pinkie Pie in power armor. :)
