Fairly sure that most of the people on this site are enjoying the new tsundere known as Ember by now. And honestly what's not to like, she was in my opinion a great addition to the cast. But my only problem however is how badly I've wanted to use her since she was introduced.
Much as I'd love to I can't really add her to my current Kilalaverse story, though that's the kind of world I've like to write her in. So I ask you the watchers who are actually reading this right now. Could you see Spike, years after Rarity's death and seeing his family finally moving on with their live decide he wants to do the same. Give me your thoughts on weather or not you'd like to see this and if it should be a sequel to Path to Parenthood or it's own solo story?

I could see it. So long as it's long after the death of Rarity.
I belive Spike and T too will get a second wife after the death of they first wives.
Dragons are loyal to they mates, but nobody sayed they can only have only one.
I say yay. Spike can be with Ember, and T with Nidra.

Actually, I imagine that - once he got past the first big surge of grief - Ember would be the first one he went to about it, possibly spending a few years amongst the dragons as a sort of grief detox. And, of course, he'd have kept up his friendship with Ember, and I could easily imagine her seeing how he's grown into an ideal drake and - since she has plenty of time - patiently waiting for him to be ready to move on.
I think it's a great idea. I imagine T and Claire reacting to Ember much the same way Oasis and Apollo reacted to T getting with Nidra. Maybe Ember could offer advice about Claire's pregnancy based on what she had seen.
That's a good idea. I can definitely see spike going to her in his grieving days for comfort or just someone he could talk to.
As much as I want to root for Spike's post-Rarity Happiness, my brain cannot help but think of something...
"DRAGON OF PONYVILLE! YOUR DRAGON LORD CHALLENGES YOU!" Ember stands astride a mountaintop*cough-Twilight's Castle-cough* with scepter in claw and pointed down at the purple dragon below.
"FOR WHAT PRIZE DOES THE DRAGON LORD CHALLENGE ME?" Spike flexes, his shirt explodes in the process.
"FOR THE PRIZE OF DETERMINING THE NATURE OF THE CINEMATIC THAT SHALL BE WITNESSED ON THIS EVE!"
"SO BE IT!" Spike flexes, his shirt exploding, again. "THEN LET THE GREAT CONTEST BEGIN!"
"Dad, do dragons really fight over what movie to watch?" Claire asked as stepped around the remnants of her father's clothing.
