But seriously, I think hell just froze over. A Spike episode... that I actually liked. I don't know what the hell happened. This episode was actually good, and the first one I've actually liked in season six so far. For five seasons now I have pretty much unanimously hated any episode that centered on Spike, but this one actually pulled through. It may have just been the absolute bland mediocrity that we've had for season six, and it also might've been that this one wasn't written by someone awful, but I was genuinely surprised. Not that it was perfect; I thought it was pretty rushed, even for a twenty minute episode, but not nearly enough to make it bad.
A good old tale about making friends with a dragon princess. She was pretty cute, too.
Now we just have to wait a year and a half for her character tag.
Yes it is a good Spike episode.
Either the writers have finally listen to our complaints or this new cast at the storyboard is willing to go deeper in extending this universe.
Anyway, about time they focus on the dragons. Only the comic book as done so far.
I have hope for this season again.
Some serious shipping/fanfic/shipfic fuel had just been added to the already massive fire... and I'm gonna enjoy every minute of it!

They haven't added any new character tags since the beginning of season five, since apparently that's how long it takes.
How am I supposed to find stories about all these new wonderful characters efficiently?

Ya the episode was rather good, brings forth a few ideas for fics while comparing and mixing it with any lore about dragons.
