Well, technically, we could take the focus right off of Silver here and move on to Morning Glory, Clear Twilight, and Trixie's unnamed foal.

I'm sure they won't get into any trouble at all!

3839177 The difference is whether you keep going on the original story or not. I've seen side stories set temporally all over the place, although present and past are more common, yeah.

Jumping ahead would be interesting but I'm rather eager to see what happens with Sunny Day and if Luna ever gets her feelings worked out.

So if it's an either/or vote I want the story to continue sans skip.

If you want to write them on an alternating schedule or concurrently, go for it.

I'm dead in this universe anyway, so I say go for it. But, if you're gonna write in the future make it far enough ahead that nobody can call out your canons.

I agree with Daremo we should wait a bit and continue with the silver saga before we go with a side story or a sequel all together. Silver watch seems to live a very interesting life style so that's defiantly goanna effect the kids as well so I have no doubt you can do something like that but again I think its best to finish the story first and maybe allow us to know how the characters of these foals develop.

Got to agree on this. There's not much else currently going on that couldn't deal with a time skip, but Sunny Days' courtship and Luna potentially joining in needs some form of resolution. Skipping Sunny Days' acceptance or rejection from the herd doesn't seem right.

That said, hopefully time doesn't stagnate too long, we haven't seen much of anything of these foals' futures even in the dream(s), so it's intriguing to see how they are as proper foals.

I will say I wanted to read the chapter before I posted here.
it is a possibility but I kind of have a idea in instead of taking away from silver totally I can see looking at Morning Glory, Clear Twilight, and Trixie's unnamed foal closer but I think Silver should really work on his magic more.
here is my idea for Morning Glory, Clear Twilight, and Trixie's unnamed foal how bout a hole new story just looing at them as the mane pony's and have Silver and Night in the back ground?
or maybe look at Trixie and Rough as well?
