Basically me this week.
So, tomorrow night, I'll be heading to a formal hosted by my school choir, going stag as per the usual. The theme is black and white, so it's pretty much up my alley since I have a lot of black in my wardrobe due to my past years of being in goth and emo culture. Time to look like a woman who just murdered her spouse, amiright?
Also, been trying to write, been getting there a bit, but mostly been feeling really tired out because of school. Hope that changes soon. Been hopping between different AUs and storylines, so basically I'm just having a time is all.
Pinkie is trying to get me back on my kick and all I can do is stare hopelessly at her.
This whole formal thing has got me stuck on wondering about my ships going to prom and dances and stuff, tho... So now I'm listening to a bunch of songs that I keep hearing at dances (the minuscule amount I go to, anyway, haha) and can't stop imaging EG Sombra and Pinkie dancing at the Fall Formal like a couple of nerds. I also partially blame Fluffle Puff Tales since I started rewatching the EG videos again for some ChryssiPuff.
I'll post pics when I get all nice and ready for the dance. But, for now, time to meander about and imagine stupid prom scenarios.

Gahh...I know the feeling. I use to write a bit myself, back in my nerdier days (Who am I kidding? I'm still a nerd.), and I could never finish my stories because of school work loads and just plain exhaustion. So, really, take your time, don't try to stress yourself too much. :)

(Totally off-topic, but I am having more hopes for Season 6 of MLP. Perhaps the first two episodes will be on the "meh" side (or, perhaps, I am proven wrong.
), BUT I found out a future episode plot for season 6! CHECK IT.

Not only does Spike get an epic-sounding episode, but it may involve other Dragons, and not just that, but he may become King! ALSO, it's supposed to be similar to a Harry Potter book. I am so excited for this episode, and I couldn't help but wonder, "WHY ISN'T THIS THE PREMIERE!?" But, I digress...

I haven't gone to a dance in ages. I'm just not a dance person, though I have had some fun at dances I did go to. Anyways, if you want to, come check out some of the stuff I've been writing. Two stories in particular that are going to have awesome world building elements. Like seriously, I'm excited to show off what I've been planning for these two verses.
The first one that going to have the most world building is Beneath the Blood Moon. I'm calling it the Blood Moon verse until I can find a better name, but the way things are looking, it's most likely going to stick. The second one I think you will be the most interested in is called A Bright Little Shadow. At least I assume you would. Depends on how you feel about Sombra, but given the stories you've written about him, I feel it's a safe bet you'll like my Bright Shadow verse so check it out!
I hope you have fun at your dance! And don't try to rush into writing. I always feel guilty when I take a while to write and post a chapter because I love my readers and so on, but on the other hand (or hoof) a rushed product is sloppy and I don't want to give my readers a product that isn't worth the wait. Even the writers who post chapters quicker than others take their time to make a chapter their readers will enjoy.

If we have another mediocre Spike episode, the world will end as we know it. Heaven knows I have ranted about Spike for hours on end, and I REFUSE to have another rant about him. REFUUUUUSE.
As for that picture, I am just TRYING to understand the story behind it. Like... why are they at the beach? And why did Pinkie have a razor? Also, why is Sombra not sunburned since he porbably fell asleep, allowing Pinkie to enact her scheme in the first place...

I understand you completely. I haven't publicly ranted about Spike's roles, but the turmoil and frustration in my head has caused me headaches...And, I do NOT want another headache.

Perhaps they are at the beach for a vacation, with Twilight, and the rest of the gang. And, Sombra was dragged into it by Pinkie Pie, despite the protest from her friends (except Spike, he was cool with it, even if he is a dog. But, considering this is probably after the third movie, Spike can now talk).
For the razor...Well, Pinkie is known to take a lot of different things in her hair, I wouldn't be surprised if she had a bowling ball in there.
Nonetheless, as to WHY she thought of her scheme. Maybe she had mentioned about his chest hair, and how he should shave it. But, Sombra said, "Nah." and Pinkie thought, "I can make a cute heart with it, though!" hence the scheme. But, it could always be a lot more diabolical. Maybe they decided to have a prank war.
And, about the sunburn...Well, in the picture, it looks like Pinkie Pie is in the shade, and a pole is nearby. Perhaps, Sombra was under an umbrella, but when Pinkie Pie was done with her work, she pulled the umbrella away, causing Sombra to wake up and see the horrors Pinkie has bestow on him.

I imagine Pinkie scared them out of even thinking about it (oh but they think about it), and I bet Sombra made it clear that everyone keep their hands to themselves (lol but Pinkie doesn't listen haha). She probably just touches his muscles without realizing and he has to go, "QUIT IT," to get her to stop (but secretly he likes because he's not used to gentle touch).

That deserves an "LOL", so...LOL! Nicely done, friend! It's nice to know that Sombra is somewhat influence by Pinkie's behavior, somewhat, over-all it's quite nice! But, it does make me curious...If Sombra got clingy because of Pinkie Pie, I wonder what effect Sombra has on the pink mare.

I like to think he made her a bit more sarcastic in regards to humor. Like, she doesn't mean any harm by it, but she is more prone to do it because of Sombra now. She sounds a lot like Bubbles in this video.
Lol, now that I think about it, Sombra responds to the sarcasm the same way Buttercup does. He's a sarcastic shit himself, but he doesn't like it when the tables are turned.

Lol, I feel like that video somewhat describes their relationship in the Crystal War Timeline. Pinkie and Sombra trying (and failing) to compromise when everything is at stake, while someone else tries to keep the peace. Oh, lord, NOW I CAN'T UNSEE IT, AAAAH. Pinkie being sweet and sarcastic as she is, but being extremely terrifying and fierce in battle while Sombra tries to overcompensate for it. THIS DYNAMIC MATCHES VERY WELL FOR THEM, HAHA.
