Here's a recap for all my newer followers who don't know my obsession love of this creation of mine.
Finalized version of Psycho the Psychopath:
A stallion who was lauded as a great foal-sitter way back when the alicorn sisters were barely even fillies. He was asked for by the council that ruled over pony kind back then, but as a measure of last resort. Psycho (Yes. This was his real name. Don't ask me what his parents were thinking) was known to...cause some mischief with the young'ns after teaching them how to behave.
The two alicorn sisters were the biggest brats that existed, but because of their importance, nopony dared to try and use physical persuasion (pretend spanking would be for now, but back then...), and talking to them did nothing.
When Psycho arrived at Canterlot castle, he was greeted by The Impaler; The supreme commander of the Council's Militia (ancestor of the Royal Guard). Impaler acquired his new in a prior war with the griffon empire in which he was famed for impaling griffons on sharp sticks and planting them in the ground on dust-filled battlegrounds.
He told Psycho that, should he ever need some help 'persuading' the fillies, that he should call the guard. Psycho never did and huffed directly in the guard's face, ensuring that all the hopes of the Impaler be crushed beneath his strengthened hooves. Needless to say, everything the two fillies had done to drive their nurses, nannies, and even military staff crazy did just the opposite to Psycho and he's the one that eventually 'crushed' the two underneath him. Every trap they set would be defused or the fillies were tricked into their own creations. That is to say, they didn't end up hating him. They actually ended up loving the stallion very much and he loved them quite a bit as well. He taught them proper manners and when to be a little playful (hence Celestia's tendency to still troll).
Of course, there's always the moment where their pranks on the staff went too far. In a peace talk meeting between the Council and the Griffon heads to resolve their problems and eventually acquire common grounds for trade, cultural exchange, and so forth, Psycho and the sisters set their trap off which locked everyone in the room into a tremendous swirl of cake batter and all the assorted ingredients. Everyone was dazed from the event, and while the three pranksters were laughing their heads off, Impaler saw the whole thing and expelled Psycho from the castle. He didn't want to leave the fillies' side because of Impaler, but he was helpless in protecting them from Impaler's metal paddle he'd been saving up for such an occasion.
Depressed and crushed by helplessness, the stallion wandered the streets of Canterlot until confronted by a purple mare sporting a similar-colored mohawk and given an offer.
The next day, Psycho unintentionally rampaged through the city on a gigantic, mechanoid spider in search of the Supreme Commander. Nothing sent Psycho's way could stop him. This was Equestria's first public display of the Illogic. The only way Psycho was actually stopped was when an explosion from his spider blew his hat off, cutting his powers from the Illogic. He was promptly captured and revealed what Impaler had done in front of the Council. Considering they had actually faced similar conundrums in the past and knew of Psycho's honest figure, well, Impaler was stripped of his position and fired, but that's a tale for another day.
Luna recovered the hat and kept it as a memory while Psycho was imprisoned in the lowest levels of the castle dungeon until the day that he died...but that day never came. Eventually, Celestia and Luna took up the mantle of watching him and installed several new layers of defenses around him as well as founding Super-Heavy Guards equipped with the best armor and magical weaponry.
After Twilight was summoned by Celestia to try and reason with Psycho, she accidentally released by returning his hat on his head, although it's unknown how it was even found near his cell to begin with. Thus, the World of Illogic returned in full force within Equestria and this is when Chaos, Insanity, and Illogic started to boil to the surface of the world.
Personality: Although completely unpredictable and disturbing, Psycho is very kind and won't intentionally, physically hurt someone. He prefers to prank and will make his pranks bigger and with more effects the more you ignore him, and waiting it out won't help. Being a herald, he has no care for the concepts of time, so he's infinitely 'patient' (by normal views) despite having practically no patience.
He also cares a lot for foals and the two alicorn sisters. In fact, while he was in the castle, the sisters were protected from chaos by the Illogic, but no further than that. He's especially lovesick, but his finalized version has him barely even express that sentiment, although he did court one of Twilight's ancestors in the past before he became The Psychopath.
Age: Twenty-two years older than Celestia.
Powers: Being a herald of the World of Illogic, he has the closest connection to its powers and will defy every law of reality given to him. His sawed off tophat is his link to the Illogic, but after so many years of being connected to the Illogic, losing his hat no longer removes his powers. The hat has no end and the stallion has been seen fumbling through and pulling out buildings and spatially transporting ponies through it.
As he is part of the World of Illogic, were he to die, his soul would be returned to his world while his body is remade. There is no way to die permanently when part of the Illogic or Insanity.
Secrets: Although he doesn't do it much, Psycho is adept in chemistry and has a plethora of vials hidden in the Illogic. Many of them have effects that even he doesn't know. Effects include that ever-loved gender-bender potion, the age-changing potion, transformation potions, potions that turn everything into living cotton candy, implanting a radio tower that makes you hear 'Push it to the Limit' all day er'ry day, and so forth.

3677426 The true Psychopath? I had a proper sequel but was going through a rage-slump at the time of writing it and deleted it. I'm replanning the story, but I can say that it will 'center' (metaphorically) around a scientist who lived when Psycho was there, a scientist who tried to research the Illogic and Insanity.

4073685 Psycho? Oh, the World of Illogic follows no rules of reality, so when a member wants to see another reality, the World of Illogic sends them to that location. Being a herald, Psycho has the strongest link to the Illogic, so he goes wherever he wants by using his hat.
