I predicted that the new Star Wars movie was going to be bad and I was right · 10:04am Dec 28th, 2015
I knew Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens AKA Disney's The Farce Awakens was going to be a bad movie for a long time. The signs were everywhere like what else Disney has done to the Star Wars franchise and for those who do know about what Disney has done already please read my old blog about it I am boycotting the new Star Wars movie. The movie was a poorly made remake of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope disguised as a sequel. Don't just take my word for it. Take a look at these honest reviews and see what I mean 
Shoulda' added more reviews, honestly. I found like... 10 negative reviews. Not that I'm not convinced. But other people... I doubt they would be with just three.

3649738 A lot of people got disappointed in The Farce Awakens. The movie being absolute garbage is no surprise to me at all. Hell if anything this movie has made people to appreciate the Prequel Trilogy more than ever. Even The Star Wars Holiday Special from 1978 was better than The Farce Awakens.

Well... To be fair I wouldn't go so far as to say it was worse than the Star Wars Holiday special because, really, there's nothing worse than that! (Since when do Wookies celebrate a HUMAN/CHRISTIAN holiday?) Still, it's not all that far from it. The Force Awakens is to Star Wars what Plan 9 From Outer Space is to B movies. (If you've never seen Plan 9 From Outer Space I can guarantee you it's even WORSE than Killer Klowns From Outer Space! Yeah, it's that bad!

I thought it was more like SW III A New Hope. I mean really! They even have a Death Star (on steroids and it's a whole planet but so what?) That got blown up at the end just like the first one did! And they even had to have some of the rebels disable (tech here) to make it happen! Sheesh! The only thing they left out were the Ewoks and the flying motorcycles. (Yeah, figure they'd leave the cool stuff out!) Seriously, though, it's like a bad remake of a bad remake of an originally good film.
Also, consider Disney did this same thing to the last Raiders Of The Lost Ark movie, too! So, that's two for two! Keep batting zero, Disney!

3650889 Actually the Wookies celebrate Life Day and it is their version of Hearth's Warming Eve. I heard about Plan 9 From Outer Space. For me The Farce Awakens does to Star Wars what Batman Forever AKA Buttman Forever and Batman & Robin AKA Buttman & Whiny Boy did to the old Batman movie line.

Yes! It was AWESOME! It'd been out for about a week and the line to the front door of the UC theater (since closed) ran around the block! And it was the best movie I'd been to that decade!
