Bad Dragon

I write so that one day I may finally stop writing and be free, but these damn new ideas keep finding ways into my brain. I need to write more to vent them out!

If you wish to test your writing metal, try finding one irk in this story. (it's a challenge)
I appreciate all kinds of feedback, so don’t hold back. You can post any and all your thoughts on the story or in this blog.

And if you thought this was the end of my blog, you are dearly mistaken, my follower. For you see, this story does not consist only of my writing and a ‘stolen’ cover art like the rest of my stories. This one is special. A cover art was made specifically for it.

You wish to see this masterpiece, don’t you? Well, you can’t!

In fact, nopony in the world will ever see it, for it was lost for all eternity to come. Without any provocation, it was brutally destroyed. The only USB chip, hosting it, was torn asunder.

It was not just a tragedy, it was an articide. Many of the art pieces were lost that day, never to be seen again.

Yet, the will of the artist was unwavering. She faced despair straight on and spit in its face. Digital drawing tools initialized beneath the delicate hands.

That day was marked by necromantic rituals. What was bound to oblivion came into existence again, gaining form. Like a phoenix from the ashes, a version 2.0 of the art piece rose to life.

I am very grateful for it. Thank you, artist, for drawing this. You’re my favorite necromancer! I hope you don’t mind me showing your creation to the world:

Edit: The original picture has been found:

Edit edit: This is the drawing I made to complement my request for the cover art (don't look at it!):

I read it and left my thoughts and some suggestions on the GDoc.

3507992 Okay, so maybe there weren't any lightning and thunder as you screamed, "It's alive! It's alive!"

3508194 Thank you. They were really good suggestions. You won the challenge. The writer within you is strong.
