Some Good News · 7:15pm Sep 18th, 2015

All right guys, it's been an interesting week. Which is putting it mildly. Given the rapid-fire swing from stress to panic to shocked and grateful relief I've had this week, it'd be remiss to mention it in a post about good news, because, well ... I'll just flat-out say it: You guys are incredible.

Thank you. I know I made a post about it already, but currently I've had a bit more sleep and am a lot less stressed. I've still got a ways to go, but everything you guys have done has been a big help. Thank you to those who bought one of my books, and to those who left reviews (please, if you haven't yet, keep them coming!). And thank you to those who decided to support me on Patreon. I don't ask for that one, but I am grateful all the same for your support.

You've all been a big help, especially in a week when everything felt like it was falling apart around me (or already had).

Now, other good news. The stuff I was kind of having trouble focusing on a few days ago. First of all, the big one. The really big on.

Beyond the Borderlands is going daily starting next Tuesday.

Those of you who have been keeping up with the release schedule have probably realized that one way or another, the end is near. And you're right. But rather than stretch that end out, I'm going to give it to you rapid-fire. Starting next Tuesday, Beyond will update a chapter a day until it's done.

So, those of you who have been putting it off until it was done? Now's the time to jump in and start reading, because it's all about to come down to a rapid sprint to the finish!

So, that's one thing more thing of good news. What else?

I have now passed 500 followers, and with that, hit a trifecta milestone! According to the stats page I now have 1) a story in the top 500 highest-rated stories on the site 2) over 500 followers and 3) am in the top 500 for most-followed authors. This? This is good news.

More good news? Well, Unusual Events will be going into beta reading soon enough. Which means that you'll have it in your hands before long. Not as soon as I'd hoped—my financial downturn is likely going to delay it, though I'm still fuzzy on the details, but hopefully not too far into the future.

Now, I need to get to work getting the rest of these Beyond chapters uploaded.

It's time to make more good news.
