I was poking through my My Little Pony art folder tonight and stumbled upon some pieces that I had gotten done of Skitch-Sketch, that I'm not sure I ever shared with my readers. So I figured that I'd go ahead and share them again, just in case. Both of these were done by the awesome earthsong9405 over on DeviantArt. She has a little more of a "realistic" style for her pony art, which I think looks pretty awesome. Her artwork was a direct inspiration for Applejack's scarred appearance in the Skitchverse.

Earthsong's art is very cute, while maintaining a kind of "realistic" take on what little ponies would look like. It's neat. I particularly like that action pose for showing that Equine running nature.

That first picture looked really weird to me until I figured out that it was her tail looping back around.

Yeah. The design is a little more like the classical unicorns from heraldic symbols and the like. With the longer whippy tail and the split hooves.
