And absolutely nothing changed.
All and all, that episode was delicious! I really loved the first half of season 5, and can't wait for the next half!

I still think you could utilize Tantibus somehow. You could probably have a similar entity for Celestia, though that's up to you. And this episode was okay to me. I loved Luna's struggle to accept the fact that what Nightmare did wasn't really her doing, but I found this particular episode had a lot of fan pandering and I didn't like that. But on the bright side I also thought there were some great pieces of animation this time around, like, whenever Luna went from dream to dream or when she was holding the dream together.

I find it a little funny how Luna said that Celestia wouldn't be able to help with this problem, considering how it was resolved. Missed opportunity for Celestia and Luna to have a more expanded version of what happened after the mane 6 rainbowed Nightmare Moon in episode two, I guess.
Celestia in the Trioverse has a similar sense of guilt as Luna does in cannon regarding their actions in the past. You can expect to see more of that in Obsidian Heart, when I get to writing it.
3229809 Sadly we're probably never going to see Celestia and Luna get to have an actual moment or episode where Celestia forgives Luna for what happens, especially if we're assuming five years have passed since Luna's reemergence. Although I find it strange that they decided to give Celestia no power at all within the Dreamscape. Also they could've written a great moment where the CMC explain to Luna why what Nightmare did wasn't her fault, and that probably would've held more meaning since she had those three episodes with Scootaloo, Sweetie and Bloomie.
