With luck, I'll be posting Chapter Twenty-Five of Sunset Shimmer: Element Bearer in a few short hours. I hope that you can set aside some time this weekend to check it out.
But first, I'd like to call your attention to an incredible work of art created by Dane of Celestia. After his wonderful work on "Three of Destiny", which serves as this story's cover art, I gave him a new challenge. I asked him to recreate part of the scene at the close of Chapter Nineteen when Adagio Dazzle carried Apple Bloom into Shrieking Raven's cabin at Lake Piebald. I am biased, but I think he did an incredible job. He captured Adagio's complex emotions, and made incredible use of the night sky to put everything together. Below is his composition, entitled "Reflection of Innocence."

You'll have to let me know what those sort of things are like, because I think I'm becoming sufficiently brony-fied to consider attending an MLP-related convention at some point. Dane of Celestia's art is beyond excellent, and I'm glad that he's taken the time to read some of the crucial scenes. I know it's summertime and everyone's busy, so I hope you enjoy the chapter when you get a few free moments!
