This episode also disrupted the headcanons out there that spike, as a dragon, is probably immune to intense heat.

Probably one of, if not my favourite part of this episode was Bulks cameo, it had me in tears, and im almost 29 years old.

2974187 it is a little odd though since he at least seemed to be somewhat concerned by the heat part of it, but later Spike is in bad shape but no hint of scroch marks, so maybe it was just the deep tissue part all along even before he saw Bulk.
