Mostly posting this to get that stupid exploding Derpy off my dashboard, but I wanted to point out a recently started story I found. In it, Sweetie Belle awakens from being injured by ancient precursor technology and has to undergo therapy in order to walk again, and also her horn is on the fritz. This is very suspicious, so I think you all should immediately go over there and read and favorite that story, and be sure to leave a comment on how you feel about their story, as well as the prequel which is an excellent story that totally didn't inspire this one at all, officer. If my suspicions are correct, then the author may have read my story before beginning their sequel, and used it to learn how not to write about an invalid patient. It is my earnest hope that by avoiding my bad example, they can in some small way improve their own story.
It might be best not to mention I sent you there. I managed to piss the author off saying how I'd love to see their story, because they thought I was being insincere. I think I have a hard time sounding sincere...
Not sure if you're really interested in his story, or if you just indirectly called that guy out...
Either way, you should work for some PR firm. Get paid big bucks to use fancy words against those less fancy.
I don't quite know what to think about that comment to that author... Anyway, I'll check out that prequel at the very least.
Huh.
Sinky derp is adorable.
Oh, I waited for this sequel for six months! Time to read.

In the story she's from her eyes are perfectly straight, she's just moving them independently, in order to read while talking to someone. Or to look outside while reading and not bothering to look at someone at all. Unfortunately the comic suffered a fatal Prom arc and died.
Mind making it so that when you click on the "show picture" button doesn't send you directly to the site?
LOL hahahahaha guess this is what happens when you post on a public forum. LOL dinky he can draw! WE'RE DOOMED!!

What show picture button? Blog posts don't hide the pictures, only the comments do. It is a really dumb way of hiding them though, so I think that's the confusion.
Normally you can wrap an image tag in a link tag, so clicking the image takes you to the link. fimfiction changed that, so that the image tag turns into text, which you must click on to see the image, and you're prevented from following the link by clicking the image, even after it has been shown. However, they added an unlabeled square to the left of the text for an image, and only if you figure out to click on that square, will it take you to the link. If there is no link however, the square is grey and won't do anything. That square is only there to allow you to follow the link, or just there to confuse you if there is no link.
I hate people who link to an image but don't give their source, so I really think it's important to wrap image tags in url tags, if possible. Fimfiction doesn't make it easy to use though. Maybe I should make a image tag, then a URL tag below it with the text of the URL as its contents. But please don't ask me to post just the image and not its source. I'm not that evil.
Testing that, the square here should be grey, and clicking the text will expand the image:

The square here should follow the URL, but clicking the text will expand the image:

uh... wt
2978969 I haven't seen any difference between pictures that send you to another site, and those that don't. If there is, it's so minute that my computer screen can't pick it up. They're all gray squares with darker-grey cameras and a tiny green plus.
I don't care if you put a source, but I'd much prefer if you put it as a URL underneath the photo.

Very well. I don't know why it doesn't show the clickable URL for you. Ignoring convention to do weird things with the html is probably a factor though.
2999128 Probably.
