Can I ask any one of you for a huge favor? So, a lot of people in the fandom have their own OCs that represent them, or ponified versions of themselves, whatever, such as the Youtube reviewers, Pen Stroke, etc. Well, I would like to commission one, and wanted to see if any of you guys were interested in doing that. It needs to be really good, of course. You will, naturally, be paid real money for your efforts. I'm not going to ask a favor like this for free. That would just be disrespectful. We'll work out the fee if you're interested.

Also, an update with my situation with the school. I'm talking to the law firm tomorrow about my case, and we'll move on from there. After this semester is over, I'm taking the year off to re-charge, which will be good. Hey, it'll hopefully mean more updates because I'll be mentally feeling a lot better! So yeah. Thank you all so much for your support during this. You don't know how much it means to me.

I'm not much of an artist, though it doesn't mean I can't try. I'm probably going to need some coloring tools though, since I don't have photoshop on my laptop (and even if I did, I'd rather use a wacom tablet than my mouse to draw).
I can help, just tel me what you want, I'm good with traditional media, just look at my OC.
Why don't you just create your OC in Pony Creator, send it to an artist, and ask them to make it look like not Pony Creator? It gives you more of an image of how you want it.

I would love to help (and would do it for free, it isn't money that should dominate art, it's passion and enthusiasm!), but I'm not that good at drawing ponies yet that I would tackle it to draw an OC for someone.
Most artists won't make an OC without at least a rough reference to go off of. Secondly they have varying prices for quality. Try and find one on DA you like and see if they take commissions. Savoured Thoughts has it right, as long as you have a general color scheme you want and can describe or show what mane and tail style you'd like, or just give them free reign (if you wanna go the blind route), will help in making the artists more likely to take your commission.
Up to you. Minimum you're looking at based on what you define as "really good" can be as low as 15 for some to the average asking price of 30 bucks.
So, be more concise. Artists aren't keen on OCs usually. But will draw them if you're clear enough in what you want with as few words as possible.
Consider my cover picture to be a testament to my skill. I'd love to help but I'd still need to know your preferences such as coat and mane color and what you'd like as a butt mark.
If you're interested in that style I can forward your oc request to the girl eho did the cover of your story (the one with cmc and td). I can pay her in my cooking, so it would be free of charge for you :-).
I would like to draw something for you! I don't want the payment, however, as I am currently well provided for.
(As a side note, I draw with a pencil and paper, because I can't draw on the computer for shiet. Also, it's not often that I color the pictures so please don't be too mad if it isn't colored as expected. )

Are there any preferences that you would suggest? Like color patterns, genders, cutie mark, etc.? Or is it more of a go wild, choose which one you like the best kind of thing?
