Equis Chapter 31 Progress Update 1 · 5:22am Feb 3rd, 2015
Evening, all,
I understand that Equis has been slightly neglected as of recently, that is in part due to school becoming a tad more difficult and needing to re-allocate time effectively, as well as a few other personal issues at home that have been affecting my creative side. As a result, I've been needing to write things a bit more light-hearted (which is why My Best Friend, Luna received three chapter updates in January). Rereading past chapters in Equis is renewing my motivation once more, so fear not, as I am continuing to write. This chapter, so it seems, may outdo Chapter 30 in terms of length and material. After all, we've got the first part of the FINAL boss battle impending. I'm hoping you'll all like what you will come to read.
As well, beginning stages of development have began for Equis II, and I'm quite excited for what's to come! I'll be releasing a 'trailer' at the end of this story so you can get a taste of some things that have already been planned out, as well as what you can expect.
Thanks for bearing with me, guys... we're approaching the finish line!
I hope everything works out. Focus on school 100%. Try to avoid thinking too much of things that are out of your control, but don't ignore issues when it comes to family health and stuff I'm certainly not saying that if it's the case, just try and focus on what you can control and what you can do well.
Because when you're aware of what those strengths are, only then can you work on strengthening or getting help with things you're weakest in.
I can relate on wanting to stick to the cheerier side of stuff. Reading something cute or watching something colorful and cute can help lots at times. And writing is always a source of releasing tension. Even when you can't write, always find something to put your thoughts at rest. Even if it's a personal letter to yourself about how you feel. It helps.
Get well soon.
School's more important than us, Flammen. We're just people; that's your future. Attend to us when you can, but don't forsake school or your own mental health for our benefit.
Drive on, man. O7
