When last we left off, I was searching for the elusive female Combee on Route 4. Luck was with me, as I found it during a bathroom break, instead of fruitlessly searching for it for days like some poor souls.
Once that was done, I headed back to Route 8 and made my way down the cliffside path to Ambrette Town, home of the Fossil Lab. From here, my next destination is the Glittering Cave. Before that, though, I had to round up some Route 8 Pokemon, and in the process, three of my Pokemon evolved.

You may want to consider NOT evolving your honedege after it evolves into a doublade. Iinstead slapping the evolite you'll pick up on it instead. Yes the power is there in agieslash but it gets really bad defences in that form and its fairly predictable in battle.
That and it become a very aggressive physical tank, with a overall better special def than form change would allow as a more constant presence with evolite on it.
2658598 I'm far less concerned with that than I am filling out the Pokedex and beating the game...I don't worry about EVs, minmaxing, perfect battle parties and what-not. If it gets me through the game, that's all I need, and I want to fill up my Pokedex as much as possible. I already know I'll never fill it up 100%, but I want to get as close as I can.

2658612 heh, eh its what I did and I've never regretted it. it makes a mean capture lead with false swipe and if I ever used it for reals I know that it tanks physical hits like crazy with the setup I have. But yeah I get that you wanna fill the dex....... think im like 500+ with all my transfers from other games and such.
