"The Mistress of Midnight Castle" has been submitted!

This one needs a little explanation!

It's a Twilight x Trixie story I wrote a while back. Originally, it was the sequel to The Luxury Lotus Spa Follies, but a lot of readers (very correctly) took me to task for the dramatic change in tone between the two stories. Follies is light and funny, while Mistress is dark and psychological - I guess I must have been in a pretty dark mood when I wrote it.
Anyway, I decided at the suggestion of my dear friend Foxxy Hooves to separate the two stories into different series - so Follies will soon be given a sequel called The Canterlot Castle Capers, while Mistress will continue with Betrayal at Midnight Castle. Hope that makes sense.... anyway, tl;dr version is more Twixie coming, and plenty of it!

I didn't really like Midnight Castle. I would have preferred Trixie be "You're my prisoner because I love you but have no ability to express it healthily so I'm hoping you foil my plans and redeem me so we can be together." rather than "I have the hots for you but I'm a flippin monster who would destroy Equestria solely due to my ego so now you're my sex slave even though you will hate me and I'll never be happy."

Yeah, I've been wondering for the longest time... when are you going to continue The Luxury Lotus Spa Follies?! Since it's listed as incomplete and for that reason, I checked for the longest time for an update to it. And I'm not aware of where else your work resides, not on Equestria Daily much anymore, just by coincidence, and know it wouldn't be there anyway due to the fact they don't like clop. But yeah, I'm looking forward to reading more Twixie! Though not so sure about darkness, but hopefully, not too (or at all) gory like some other stuff I've read here with the ponies.
