MLP:TSR Death of Discord · 11:33am Jul 8th, 2014
For those who have been following my fic, The Story Retold, if you're up to date u know how I had my OC kill Discord, and I was expecting some flak for that.
But to be honest, I had always intended to kill Discord in this story, to give my OC a moment that almost makes him irredeemable. I can't say much but I assure u this is all part of a bigger plot. My OC, Midnight Blaze, is changing and not of his own will. I vaguely hinted to what I have planned for him in the part 2 chapter I made of Boast Busters (if I recall correctly) when Celestia spoke to an old portrait of Star Swirl the Bearded, mentioning how she believes Midnight is the one who can possibly save a friend she once thought beyond hope.
I know my killing Discord derails some episodes but that was not missed on my part. It only means I'll have to be as creative as I can.
Anyway, I just wanted to make my point and hope you're all not too sore with me. Thank u all for yor support and I hope u will continue to read The Story Retold.
When I read that I was honestly thinking she was talking about Discord, either Discord being her friend before he went insane or Discord being Star Swirl before something like a spell mishap caused him to turn into Discord, I can't really think of any other major character it could be unless it's Sombra so I'm thinking you're talking about a future OC.
