My friends bought me this for my recent birthday (which happened eight months ago). Naturally, it pained me to even acknowledge I even owned this monstrosity. I couldn't even give it to my little sister because I have two [sisters], and you run into the issue of "well if I give one a present, I have to give the other something…" Instead, I kept it for all these months.
With all my exams out of the way, I moved house yesterday, which effectively signals the end of my hiatus. Alas, I still needed to unpack. I was still unpacking at 2am last night, long after my mother had gone to bed. The problem began when I realized I needed clean bedsheets, and the clean bedsheets were in my mother's room. I had a choice: either wake my mother up, or swallow my pride.
Of course I chose the latter.
Good news: I'm back from hiatus.
