First, an explanation on what went down:
I first posted this story with good intentions, honestly I did, Everything was mostly fine at first, there was a lot of controversy at first in the comments, some hate for the concepts, but enough people liked it that I ignored them. I continued writing the story, taking readers’ advice as I went, I even got a few proofreaders to go through and make the story nicer. Then it all started with Plan 9.
I found my story was in a group I didn’t put it in, so I checked them out. They are a group that collects bad fanfiction. I reacted poorly, and demanded that they take my fic down, they laughed in my face which only aggravated me further. by the time Rage Reviews (another group for disliked fanfiction) added my fic to their group, I was less than pleased and also demanded they remove my fic.
They eventually did, and I had begun ignoring Plan 9 when the popular author Parasprite reviewed my fic, and that’s when the serious drama started.
A great number of people flooded the comments, with both useful information and hatred, I was already pushed to my breaking point by then and overwhelmed by the wall of people so I aggressively defended myself, targeting even those that were trying to help, escalating the situation. This continued from yesterday up until the moment that you read this blog post.
The reasons for this were many, the largest being based around gender conversion therapy, I put that in the story because I genuinely felt that it helps people who despise their sexual identity, and I had no malicious intent when I wrote it, I should have been aware of how controversial the subject was before I added it, and presented it much more carefully, or perhaps left it out entirely.
I am deleting Mystquestria Origins, and The Mare Who Wants A Human Child, An editor named Thardoc has offered to help me write a new story, with the same basic premise and goal as my original story, but hopefully improved and with my political and religious views drastically reduced.
I am also unblocking every person I have blocked up to this point.
I sincerely apologize for my poor behavior and handling of this situation, I know that a simple apology is not enough to erase the damage I have done, but I have taken everything everyone has said to heart, and I hope you will forgive me or at least give a chance to start over and try again.

EDIT: One of the original fics is staying up, but has had it's submission revoked and all chapters deleted so it can serve as an empty shell to allow me to keep the story somewhat similar. A near complete rewrite is still in order, though. Sorry I didn't clarify.

2062306 It's not plagiarism if I'm redoing my own work. The originals are gone. Both of them. The story will be redone, taking everything everyone has said to heart. The story has been burned to the ground with purifying fire and will be reconstructed from the ashes left behind.
A person is allowed to take their own work down independently and repost it on their own account at a later time. As long as it doesn't change hands and it's not a duplicate of something that's currently up, there are no rules broken.

As I said, I've asked Xaq the same thing, because I've wanted to split my story into three parts to better show that it's supposed to be three different arcs, and said that I wouldn't be able to without him doing it for me (after editing, of course). And I'm not even trying to fix a shitfic or my reputation, or try to get each of those featured.
This is obviously what you are trying to do, which, as far as Xaq said, is breaking the rules.

2062602 Yes, I took notes on all the comments that weren't bashing the intentionally fake science. The science was supposed to be fake, after all. As fake as the technology in Speed Racer. Almost everything else will be taken into account.
2062614 Well, the fake science might still be a valid concern. I mean, OBVIOUSLY there's no actual dimensional travel technology, so you have to make SOMETHING up, but I suggest looking into actual studies into dimensions and other fictional portrayals of interdimensional travel so the tech you have in your story doesn't look implausible. Basically, put care into making that fake science look like it could be real.
And I suggest dedicating your prologue SOLELY to developing your character (and change the last name AT LEAST, so you distance him from the author-insert label) and having him develop the tech. Maybe end on meeting Lyra for the first time.
2062650 Problem: Rule one of the site is that ponies have to be in the first chapter. And I want utterly fake and impossible technology. Speed Racer flaunted the utterly fake technology of the Mach 5, and people loved it. I'm going for the same approach. The tech is obviously fake and impossible because it's supposed to be. Besides, a lot of science-fiction portrays antimatter as the secret to so many different things: FTL travel, crossing dimensions, disintegration bombs, curing cancer... As long as it contains antimatter, it enters the realm of "no one knows either way, so who cares?" i might drop the Slothium, though. Or change the terminology of the process from "invert" to something else.

2062675 Well, on the plot note... I forgot how hard the mods can be on pony content when a story partly takes place in the real world. So... character development and portal creation in one half of the prologue, Equestria exploration and meeting Lyra in the second half. Might seem like a lot, but if you're in this for the long haul, you may want to get comfortable with the idea of a few bulky chapters.
I get that you want the tech to be ridiculous, but you have to be mindful of your readership's willing suspension of disbelief. Whatever tech you make, it needs to be plausible in the context of the story. What counts for plausibility might be tricky to pin down, since you're starting fresh, but remember, if you go TOO ridiculous, you'll have people breathing down your neck again. Though let's face it, it won't be the worst thing you've been cussed out for.

You can have an entire chapter without actually having ponies in them, just as long as they're mentioned in the chapter. So you can have your entire chapter build the lead character, then at the end, you can have a line like: "Dozens of ponies crowded around me and amidst the crowd, she stood out. She approached me, and introduced herself as Lyra Heartstrings."
I'd go with Fallen Prime's suggestion. First chapter, introduce your human. This is what irks me about most HiE stories, they don't give information on the human, he/she pops up inexplicably and every pony is okay with his/her presence.
As for sexual preferences, rational human beings don't care if the person standing next to them is straight, gay, bi, or other. It's the zealots (which are more often the bible-thumpers) who demonize people who aren't heterosexual.

2063036 Just remember two things. One: I won't stop you. It was a train wreck anyway. And two: when the fic rises again, it'll be vastly different. Same general plot and characters, but with real substance, real personalities, more conflict, and it'll start at the beginning this time.
I wanted the fic to stay in all honesty. Did it push political views? Yes. Did the readers react appropriately to the 'treatment of homosexual tendencies'? Understandably, yes. Did removal of the fic dash all of my hopes of seeing it finished? Yes. Did Citadel react appropriately to the comments? No, not at all.
Ignoring how the story is written, if Citadel had (regarding the political views) addressed the comments,opinions, and criticisms appropriately instead of the shitstorm that occurred after he revealed issues in his past (would rather not state what they were to avoid taking part in a shitstorm) and his beliefs.
In summary, it wasn't the story that ruined the story(although there were blemishes.) it was the writer who ruined the story.
The comments may have taken shots at the fic but it was Citadel who put a gun to the fics 'head' and pulled the trigger.

I know this is not the place for it, but I've been following you (without actually site-following you [which, in turn, now explains my comment in What Hath Joined Together]) from your early starts and I always thought you were the "why can't we all just get along?"-girl due to how nice you are. Seeing this "change" (or this part of you I haven't before) in you is really heartwarming. Honest! Now that I know that, even though you are always polite, you will stand by your beliefs and not allow others to keep propagating mediocrity, my respect for you increased a lot. Given that your beliefs are morally sound and not double-standard-y, as it's the case with people who are defending this fanfic, that respect multiplied.
