I'm afraid I'm going to announce the cancellation of Changeling 2 as of this moment. The reason for this decision comes from two sources:
1) Time. I really don't have the time I did a year or two ago I'm afraid, and two long story projects is about my limit right now.
2) Simply put, I rushed into Changeling 2 simply because I had a few ideas and a fanbase for the first story. Truth be told, I really do want to write some of the ideas I came up with for this verse, but I was so eager to do so I failed to realise that I didn't consider all the many holes I'd have to fill in as I went along, and when it came round to it I found I didn't enjoy writing this story as much as I do my other two current projects. And at the end of the day, that's what I'm doing this for - I write because I like it, not to appease others.
So yeah, sorry, but Changeling 2 shall be cancelled, and as far as the Changeling canon goes, just the first story is relevant. I'll leave the second one up because I don't like taking things down, even unfinished projects.
Now, there IS a silver lining here:

I had a look over my chapters for Changeling and y'know what I noticed? I've improved a lot since back then. A whole lot. And now that I'm not working on the sequeal, I intend to go back to Changeling and revise the entire thing. Nothing plotwise will change, but I intend to fix up all of the spelling and grammatical errors, and maybe change a bit of the dialogue so that it flows better. I'm can't say when I'll do this, but I'll likely start sometime in summer.
Sorry for those who enjoyed the sequeal so far, but I've already forced myself to continue writing stories I lost interest in simply to finish them, and lemme tell ya... it's not fun :(
Protip: REALLY think about a long story before you start. Make sure it's something you'll be able to see through to the end :) Hey, this could be like one of those friendship letters to Princess Celestia! ... If the show still did them...
