The Outline for I'll Always be Here for You is Finally DONE!

Oh my god guys, I've literally spent the last two months outlining this story. You have no idea how incredible this story is going to be, and I can't wait to continue writing it. Here are some stats for Story 1's outline: (Yes, story 1. I already have a full sequel planned)

Story 1 Outline:
Total Length: 9407 words
Total Chapters: 19

Story 2 Outline:
Total Length (so far): 4.1k words
Total Chapters (planned so far): 16, probably gonna end up at around 19-20 chapters as well.

I'm so happy that this is done, so now I can go forward and actually write this awesome story out!!! Heh, I think I actually squeed there. XP

I'm a little confused (or just stupid) 'bout the length being 9407 words and the chapters being 19, is it 9000+ for each chapter (which sounds good for me but doubt it's that) or that from now the total story is that many words (which seems weird). That goes for the second story too. I'm not familiar with how story structure or outlining works.
