Nah, the update feature box has always been whack. Since this is a relatively new story, there isn't much of a chance it will hit the box on an update. Older stories usually have better odds.
Did you initially feature?
The refeature now only works on fics that are /old/, with decent ratings. Like, I'd get a slot with Blue Wings and Mood Wings, but probably not Felt Heart or anything else.
