First of all, I'd like to apologize for spamming all of you with this (and the previous) blog posts. Yeah, they cover different topics... but I'm not sure if I should've merged them together before writing that one. Now's too late, though. Apologies.
For those of you who follow Dysphoria (shameless plug in), some good news. Okay, so me and Owlor finally sat down and got drunk and got some progress done while drunk on Dysphoria. Chapter 7 should be done by tomorrow, you'll be happy to know. And, let me tell you guys, Chapter 7 is the longest (as of yet) chapter on Dysphoria, if memory serves. Owlor and I reached the agreement that Chapter 7 is also the most (and only) oh my god, I want to gouge my eyes out with my own dick before I write another paragraph of this motherfucking cumgobbling clusterfuck chapter in this story. This means that Chapter 8 should be released without any more shenanigans happening. After that, it's a smooth ride 'till the end of the story...
As smooth as a tumorous spleen's anatomical limits, that is.
For those of you who are fond of my tastes in dark, you'll know that jmj, the Airplane, is getting himself quite a bit of attention from a certain TheCaptainSand, who did some youtube readings of his works. If you liked jmj's works, you might wanna check them out. So far, we have Ritual Of The Harvest (Story | YouTube), Cutie Mark Crusaders: Friendship Never Dies (Story | YouTube), Gutterloo (Story | YouTube) and Withering Bloom (Story | YouTube) on the table.
jmj is also working on a story that, well, it's definitely not his cup of tea. It came to be, surprisingly, as we exchanged jests and, well, it evolved. And God looked at it and said that it was good.
(I'm joking, of course, God doesn't like ponies. Unless God is a pony, in which case he hates humans.)
Still, I think we should all grab jmj by the neck and demand more P2S chapters, yes?
Finally, after one year+ in development, DarkInnocence released his masterpiece: Unthinkable. There is a LOT I wanna talk about this story, how good it is, but since I know too much about it (I have been discussing this entire story with him for a loooong time now), I can't really say much without spoiling something important. I also can't send you guys an example of an older fanfic of his (at his request), but do believe me that this is worth it. This is very, VERY much worth it, and I mean it.
I know I promised DarkInnocence to keep spoilers to a minimum, but if I had to sum up Unthinkable in a sentence, it'd be How many chapters does it take to destroy, pick up the pieces, mold and develop Trixie? How many more if you repeat the cycle?

If you guys are interested in some quick readings, I should suggest Fiddlebottoms' The Woeful, Sad Sorrow of King Sombra. Thing is: very few people can write comedy like Fiddlebottoms does. This may also sound like more ass kissing, but it's true. Just give it a read and you'll see that even though his comedy doesn't make you chuckle because apparently somepony farted, it's an intelligent form of humor which I simply adore.
Now, if you guys are still itching for something interestingly different, thought-provoking even, either browse Fiddlebottoms' stories a bit more or quickly jump to DuncanR's Appletheosis. This sentence has been thrown a lot on this blog, but you won't be disappointed by this one.
Even though the tag says Comedy (and many will read it as such without ever once questioning it), I do think that DuncanR is playing with us... I personally think that the Sad tag fits better.
