Overall. From naught to gay in three sentences.
Best lines:
“You heard me! I was wondering if you became gay after becoming an alicorn, or if you were always gay.”

“I…” Twilight trailed off. Why didn’t she know the answer? Did she even know if she was gay or not? Who had she been attracted to in her life? “I had a crush on Flash Sentry back in the day, and that was right after I had become a princess.”
Silverstream blinked. “Is there anything more gay than being attracted to Flash Sentry? Like, no matter your gender?”
Twilight swallowed, staring at Silverstream. “You—”
“Would like to get to know you, Headmare.[...]
“You’re going to have to stop calling me Headmare.”
“Deal,” Silverstream said, the ghost of a smile on her beak.[...]
Why read? cute; funny; characterisation of Twi and Silverstream; believable romance.
Flaws. The ending came from nowhere. The writing could have been more polished. Examples:

not that many actually, the four I first recommended plus five more. I'd softly recommend anything from 2021 onwards and strongly recommend Petty Theft (also Soft and Pink obviously but you've read that one already)
She just has the student six down to a science it feels, I haven't seen this strong a characterization on all of them from anyone else
