So, this week, Hasbro's scheduling between series completely shits the bed again. This is undoubtedly very close to how the end of Chapter 6 is going to play out in a week.
What the fuck, guys? You couldn't delay TYT like you delayed MYM?
Because honestly, I feel kinda fucking cheated at the moment, you corporate douchebags.
Boy I'm sensing some deja vu all over again remember the incident with season 3 finale trailers and all the advertisement they did before the episode even coming out Hasbro pulled at stunt before but it's on a 5-minute episode why do you think this is a good idea to do that again Hasbro

But anyway I would say this is a pretty interesting situation and I kind of guess Opaline figured that Misty betrayed her and we figured about the dragons during the chapter 5 and yeah Opaline can do mind control on them yikes

Yeah. I could see your points. Of course, we don't know if this is after Chapter Six Episode Three, but before "Secret of Starlight" or this is set after Chapter Six period yet. And, yeah, I kind of figured Opaline was going to lose in the end, even NOT taking the "Spoiler Episodes" into account (simply because that's the way shows like this tend to go [not that there's anything wrong with that]). And, yes, I'm not that surprised that giving all of these ponies an obvious enough mutual enemy would ultimately unify them like never before (in this era) and, as such, would supercharge the Unity Crystals enough to restore their magic. But still, what? They couldn't wait one lousy week before releasing this?
Still, spoilers aside, it was still pretty enjoyable seeing Opaline getting her massive comeuppance.
On another hand, look at the timing. Would it REALLY had been THAT hard to just do a Harvest and Hugs Day episode (probably with Haven, Alphabittle, Zipp, Pipp, Misty and MAYBE Izzy) THIS week and possibly ANOTHER Harvest and Hugs Day episode NEXT week with Grandma Figgy, Hitch, Sunny and Sparky? Save this episode for AFTER the Make Your Mark finale?
At this point, I'm getting tired of tyt spoiling mym.
I've stressed about the (apparently) little know fact that the production of MYM has fallen way behind TYT, and am fully prepared to die on that hill. And like Yoshifan said below, it's not like G4 didn't have its own share of leaks. That being said...
C'mon! Seriously!? I'm not exactly expecting there to be some Earth shattering plot-twist, but still!
Also, there's someone saying that this is supposed to be the last episode of TYT, and that they've already seen leaks for the new G6, and by leaks I mean a picture of someone's OC that I've seen a million times before and...

It's funny, because I can remember almost a year ago complaining about how TYT was afraid to move the plot of G5 along without MYM.
Now I can reasonably assume that the MYM version will have more buildup and a more fleshed out climax and resolution. But yeah, this was not a good move. It's like if you're reading a book for school that you're surprisingly interested in, and the C student is right next to you reading the Spark Notes version out loud. Sure, maybe Chapter 6 can carry it on its presentation alone. But spoilers, man!

It's a relatively honest mistake. After all, they mentioned that they were going to be doing 52 episodes next year (one each week of the year - including four 22-minute specials).
I recall 70 as well, but I could see where you might have thought it was 72.
Though, I have to say, given the timing, I would say that the final three episodes for this season are probably going to be holiday themed (either Harvest and Hugs Day/Thanksgiving or Winter Wishday/Wishiehoof/Wishentine/Christmas - you get the idea). And I suppose it DOES make more sense to save the holiday celebration episodes for when the heroes actually have something to celebrate (i.e. the main villain has already been beaten).

No it's way too early to end this series of G5 remember there are probably going to try to see if they can expand it I'm hoping they are but I don't think they're not going to end it just yet

Yeah I did remember seeing advertisement of Twilight being an alicorn just before season 3 finale came along even the freaking commercials and trailers now that didn't ruin my excitement for That season but I'm sure a lot of people want to avoid spoilers once we get to that point but sometimes it just doesn't help that social media and apparently Hasbro just show a lot of what's going to happen before we find out sometimes Hasbro kind of sucks when it comes to Keeping a Secret before the episode comes around
