Definitely think Scoots is flat athletic, though. Definitely no larger than B if something needs to be added to her.
Sweetie would have a fairly normal body type with strong abdominal muscles (singers need excellent diaphragm control, and that comes from a strong core). Decent sized butt while being a small D cup.
Applebloom would have a bit of a belly over all of her muscle, but she'd be deliciously curvy if she never cut, and if she bothered to cut she'd turn into an amazon in like two weeks. C cup, big butt, and decent sized hips.
Scootaloo would have a classic racers body. Skinny, with wiry muscled legs and a tight, juicy butt. Matches her idol in being small up-top, though that's less because of biology and more from lifestyle. She stops her exercise regimen for even a month and she'll balloon to a D.
Apple Bloom would have that typical farm girl build, muscular arms and shoulders, stout, muscular legs, a bit of chub to help fuel those muscles.
Sweetie Belle would have a strong, muscular core with more traditionally feminine arms, shoulders and legs.
Scootaloo would have a wiry athlete's build. Lean figure with ropy muscles.
Personally I think of sweetie being a gorgeous girl, though a bit on the small side. AB would definitely be thicc. And of course scoots would be lithe and limber, to fit her more athletic lifestyle.
AB would be muscular, but nowhere near AJs lvls, she would be quite busty, but have a more developed ass. Sweetie would be classical porn star who would just ooze femininity. And scoots would be either be Slithe and cute, or disproportionly sexy due to the lack of development in wing size spreading to other parts of the body
Adult Sweetie Belle is a titty monster on par with, if not greater than Rarity. That's all I have to contribute.
Pretty much the consensus for most others. AB would have some definite muscular toning, some notably bulkier arms and thighs with some light abs. Scoots would of course be the most lithe/slender with a runner’s physique. And SB is by far the curviest, slender but with some touches of baby get that give her a little more padding around the hips/thighs, as well as beating the most endowed.

Hmm, I never thought about that, I'm shit at measurements so I'll only stick with breasts size and whether or not what their figures would be.
Applebloom: E cup give or take a letter, with a tall muscular body like her older sister with a medium sized ass or bigger.
Sweetie Belle: Definitely bigger than Applebloom so F to GG cup, with a fat ass but smaller than Rarity's, Pinkies and Fluttershy's. With a curvy body.
Scootaloo: D to DD cup cuz I think she could use a bit more love on her breast size instead of being flat as a board. She'll be well toned with abs and a bit of a small but shapely ass if I'm being honest.
Scootaloo would have the lithe figure of an aerobatic, with appropriately aerodynamic B-cups.
Apple Bloom would have muscular thighs, thicker than a bowl of oatmeal, capable of crushing your skull, sculpted from a lifetime of hard work, and she would have respectable C-cups.

Scoots i see as not flat but she's not relly big either. I acutaly see her being bustier then Dash to the elder's annoyance. A good balance of boobs and butt but not as gifted as her friends.
Sweetie is the bustiest of the three. She could almost be considered Thicc but not quite really.
Bloom is between her friends in her build but also more defined in musculature from the farm work.

Idk, but I'm gonna assume before the end of the show, they'll all be a head shorter or slightly shorter than all their respective sisters. That's my simplistic head cannon for ya.
I'd say AB would be the traditional curvy girl next door.
Scoots is the slim athletic one, but also probably the one with piercings
Sweetie is the put together cheer leader, probably slimer waist then AB but a bigger chest
I completely forgot to reply to this. I had this tab open for months! This opinion is mostly geared towards anthro but can be easily converted to human and pony.
Applebloom: The tallest, adorable powerhouse of the CMC. I'd say an aged up Applebloom is a mixture of her siblings and a little bit of mom jeans.
Applejack's figure inheritance; modest/large bust, AJ's curves (who had inherited them from their mom), and absolutely destructive thighs and ass.
Big Mac's sheer size inheritance; A wider than average frame due to being proportionally thick all over from genetic muscles and larger than average bones. Only thing not proportional is her lower body. Because crushing a keg with her thighs is easy. Very much bottom heavy.
Applebloom's inherited height is Big Mac's or AJ's. She looks down on her fellow Crusaders regardless. With her figure and girth, which is almost impossible to hide, she's too much for even your average Equestrian farmer to handle, not unlike her mom and sister. Despite this, it's obvious that she's a tank, dwarfing most mares and sizing up to even the larger stallions, not unlike her brother. I can't see Applebloom as anything but a genetic wonder, considering her siblings and the Apple Family's track record for making way too strong and healthy ponies. She'd still have a whole lot of body even if she decided to pursue a trade instead of staying on the farm. I'm fairly fond of the engineering stereotype the fandom's given her.
Sweetie Belle: The cutesy femme fatale of the CMC. I'd say Sweetie Belle can either completely inherit Rarity's jaw-dropping figure or completely overshadow Rarity's pathetic genetic attempt with their mom's figure instead (which I find ironically hilarious whenever she's aged up and given a "womanlier" figure than her older sister). I sometimes portray Sweetie with a healthier version of a narrow, runway model's figure, slim-thick with a boggling amount of bust size, or of a voluptuous bombshell who's very aware of her effect on the ponies around her. Sweetie's bust/flank is always larger than Rarity's, no matter how busty/packing the seamstress is or how jealous it makes her. Considering Sweetie's singing, she would have a fairly tight core as well but she's plush and supple on the outside and everywhere else on her.
Basically, Sweetie Belle has a better body than Rarity and everyone knows it and no one can blame Rarity for being a little stuffy about it because the gene pool is totally not fair to siblings sometimes.
Scootaloo: The little dynamite of the CMC. I'd say Scoot's frame would be similar to Rainbow's, seeing as she's the athlete of the trio and would definitely take massive inspiration from her idol and her on the ground training. She'd be tight and lithe, even more so than Dash because of her smaller frame, obviously fast and deceptively explosive. She's also a part of the universally populated Shorty Squad™, so she's not eye to eye with even Sweetie Belle anymore. Her bust is small and aerodynamic, her arms are tight, her hips are streamlined, her glutes are firm, her belly is flat, and her fist is steaming for anyone who calls her short. Physically a perfect representation of an athletic pixie.
