PONY Legacy Print Update · 10:13pm Jun 30th, 2023
Was pleasantly surprised that more than a handful of folks were interested in a print!
I've gone ahead and set the edition size at 50, which I think should be more than enough to cover everyone who expressed interest, any stragglers who show up later, plus anyone who's interested in it at Everfree.
I'll be placing the final book order next week along with the rest of the inventory for the Book Nook at Everfree, but I figured I could go ahead and show you the print proof plus the bonus identity disc pin the comes with the book:
If you indicated in my last post that you wanted a copy and happen to be coming to Everfree, swing by Twilight's Book Nook at booth #9 to pick yours up! Otherwise I'll start reaching out in the second half of August to arrange sales and shipment.

Not gonna lie, I very briefly looked into what would be involved in doing a CD pressing and including that in the back cover, but it woulda added enough expense/difficulty that I decided it wasn’t worth it… plus who knows if the artist would have been cool with it.

Oooh, that's right 😬. Also, I think most people would rather listen to the soundtrack online than on a record, so, yep, it isn't worth the effort and money. No problem!, the paper edition and the light disc pin are more than enough. 😁

I dunno, I'd love to have more pony music on CD or vinyl, but I can understand it being too much hassle.

Yeah, I mean, it could even triplicate the book's prize. Probably only a few would buy it 😕. However, who knows?, maybe in the future Ponies at Dawn (YT) opens their own store of pony music vinyls, including soundtracks like PONY Legacy, Antipodes, The Flight of the Alicorn (YT) and more 🙂. It is yet to be seen.
Certainly would love a physical copy to read! Looks great so far! :)

Hey, yes. I've had a lot on my plate after getting home from the con but I'm hoping to have time in the next couple weeks to actually process orders for this.
If someone signed up through my initial Google Form indicating interest, I have a book with their name on it. And if someone didn't, I have some extras I'll make publicly available too.
