Figured I'd wait a few days before posting about it to keep the hype train going a bit longer. But anyway, first off, this is me saying that I'll be going to Everfree Northwest this year (woo!). But that's not the important part. What's more important is (and what y'all should really be hyped about) if you haven't already seen the site post, we're going to have our very own bookstore at Everfree this year, like the stupendously popular one we had (and almost broke the vendor hall with) at Bronycon 2019.
The details (shamelessly stolen from RBDash because he's way better at blogs than I am):
Aquaman's bookstore booth at the final BronyCon in 2019 was such a hit that it seems a shame to not have one at Everfree, the con that's always made a special point to include a full writing track of panels and events, so we're really excited to finally make that a reality.
If you have prints of your ponyfic, we'd like to make them available for purchase at the Book Nook!
A few notes:
- You do not have to come to Everfree! We are happy to stock books from authors who can't be there.
- There will be a minimum inventory of 10 and max of 25 accepted per title.
- Everfree Northwest is a family-friendly con -- no NSFW, 18+, or otherwise adult material.
- Any unsold inventory will be shipped back to you after the con.
We'll be requiring a markup over production cost for all books, to cover operating costs and local sales tax -- and hopefully make you a little money! (If you aren't interested in profit, we are more than happy to donate your share to the convention charity instead.)
Fill out our signup form here (if you have more than one book you'd like to have at the Book Nook, fill it out once per book) to indicate your interest, so we can start getting an idea of how many people want to participate.
Signups will run through the end of April -- make sure you sign up if you're interested! We won't be making last-minute additions to the roster, for the sake of our own sanity.
If you don't have prints of your ponyfic yet but would like to make some, you've got time! Sign up above too, and then you have until June 15th to get your book ready to order.

What this means for my stuff:
Into the Dark will be up for grabs in both paperback and hardcover, but I'm also trying to finish up Compati so that it's available in print as well! As part of this, I'd like a quick headcount of those who'll be going that are interested in a copy of either and in what form. I know it's a big ask for Compati, since it isn't completed yet, but knowing general interest will help me know how many books of each to order. Thanks in advance and I hope to see you all there!

Gonna hafta see if I can get a passport in order before I hop down from BC, but I'm certainly gonna try my darndest. If I make it, I'd love to see you there, and I'll probably spend most of my money at the book nook. I've already got a printed (and read cover-to-cover) copy of Into the Dark, but if Compati makes an appearance you can bet I'll snatch one up!

Hey, I'm the form creator/owner, and I can definitively say that the question is not required. Note that it does not have a red asterisk next to it like the required questions do.
If and only if you enter anything in the field, then it will check to make sure you remembered the tag (by looking for a # character), but if you just leave it blank it will be fine -- I just ran a test submission and it accepted it.
(Also if you're trying to fill it out for Worst Of, there's no need to submit the form at all.)
