I'm happy that my reader base is either open-minded, or stays respectful if one of my stories isn't to their tastes.

Long story short, I'm so incredibly sick of the impotent, self-righteous prudes that infest the Sonic fandom. It's pathetic. Gods forbid someone ships something you don't agree with.

I mean, you say that, but your ageplay stories all have ratings disabled. Then again, I figure that's mostly to prevent drive-by dislikes from people who don't follow you anyway, and the point is that you mostly don't have people being like that in the comments.

First off, none of my Sontails content is E-rated, lol.

Secondly, that's the point; with ratings disabled, haters by and large stay away here on Fimfiction, because I can delete comments whenever I want, and I only ever delete trolling and non-constructive criticism. Before rating-disabling came along, all of my ageplay content had a score of 60% or below. Why? Because clicking that thumbs down is easy and anonymous. Leaving constructive criticism is hard and takes brainpower.

And almost every single time I come across Sontails content that allows feedback or commentary, there's almost always someone who's there saying "hE's OnLy EiGhT!!!"

That's one of my favorite parts about MLP G4 and G5; ages are almost always ambiguous; you don't know quite how old they are, but the mane cast are certainly independent and into adulthood.

I think that might be the goal of Sonic Team removing character ages from their official descriptions.

Yeah, Tails is eight. My answer? So fucking what? Know what else he is? Fictional.

Does any real eight year old fight against an egotistical villain? Fly a plane? Own a workshop? The franchise is over 30 years old now. Is he meant to be eight forever?

My Sonic content is a drop in the bucket compared to my MLP content. Yet I have to deal with haters and downvote-spams on Reddit any time I step away from the holy grails of Sonamy and Taismo to take a 'best friends become lovers' approach to Sonic and Tails.

And I'm sick of it.
