Oh by all means there's no harm in taking your time with a chapter. Plus, almost 300 pages would be an impressive undertaking. As I see it, you're still featured.

Hah certainly, I get the feeling those already impatient with me are gonna kill me though, chapter three is more build up. But It's a lot more hinting towards the main story.
I mean the target length is 100 to 150k words! 18k for build up is nothing. :/ Introducing characters afterwards would just be awkward... I dunno. I should just put up chapters 3 and 4 but I'ma wait until I clean up my editing act. I didn't know I was featured when I put up chapter two and whoopsie! It wasn't done. :P
