Twilight Sparkle had seen a lot of things. A nightmare made manifest, The physical Incarnation of Chaos, A shapeshifting bug, A Corrupted King from centuries past, A magic eating Centaur, and even a time-traveling unicorn hell-bent on destroying her friendships. She was the Princess of Friendship and Harmony, the Alicorn of Magic itself. Waking up in an unfamiliar forest, in a body not her own and devoid of magic is a challenge she had not been expecting. Can she overcome and triumph against this new, cruel world? Or will the consequences of war the shook the heavens drown her in an endless calamity?

Her village was stolen from her, and all the peace and harmony she worked for gone in the blink of an eye. She had fled, fled from her villagers and those hateful six, and fled to the world's edges. Now she had stumbled upon old ruins. Ruins that should have remained buried.

Now, now the world will finally feel her pain. Equality can still be seized, if she just tries hard enough. But first...an Alicorn will feel the consequences of her actions.

This story is a sequel to A Knight's Wrath.

The night before the Canterlot wedding, Twilight Sparkle was kidnapped by Queen Chrysalis. Transformed into a changeling, she would have followed any of her Queen's commands. Now that Chrysalis is dead, slain by a Knight's hands, Twilight can begin her recovery. Unfortunately for her, the wheel that is fate continues to spin on, and one of the greatest threats Equestria has ever known is about to return.

The Canterlot Wedding has placed stress upon everyone, especially Twilight and Princess Cadance. After Twilight's outburst and removal from the wedding planning, she disappeared. Many thought, including her friends, thought that she just needed space. But Luna, supported by a stranger, launches a search party beneath Canterlot. However, what she may find will haunt her forever.

When the Tower appeared, the World ended. Madness and insanity reigns. The Landscape has been twisted beyond recognition, and the people have suffered even worse. Survivors contend with beasts, both those who were once people, and those who were not.
A Survivor who has had their mind and memory shattered seeks refuge at a Highschool whose name they can’t recall, unaware of the dangers already present in the school.
Soon, however, she shall find that there are many forces at play, some familiar, and some not. Some allied to Harmony, and some opposed to it.
