I dabbled some years back in college through old IRC chat rooms and the like, spoke to actual Doms and subs in the scene that shared their experiences and knowledge, and their views on the lifestyle and how they managed their own affairs. It was very interesting to listen to. Not all of it was my thing, most of it was a bit odd, but there are some aspects about the culture like the caring aspect that stuck with me that I thought 'Ah, now this would work rather well for a story'.

I already gave it a thumbs up and added it to my favorites. I don't tend to comment unless I've already done so. Honestly your writing is great and really drew me in. Its not over the top or lacking. I would have to guess, either you did a decent amount of research or you were at least apart of the scene for Spike At Your Service takes from. I can't say I've seen many writers be able to pull that off.
