Shortly after the first Hearts Warming Eve, Celestia and Luna takes control of the sun and moon. Celestia and Luna Start to help Equestria grow when a draconequus named Discord see's the 2 sisters and wants to test the limits of the alicorn rulers. First it starts as harmless pranks, and mild flirting but after he figuring out that he is slightly more powerful, Discord takes full advantage of the situation and decides he is going to become the new ruler of Equestria. Celestia and Luna find a way to stop discord and take full responsible for the protection of Equestria. They soon discover that their are Crystal ponies who are enslaved in the far north by a ruthless King. The 2 sister rally the citizens of Equestria together to help free the Crystal ponies, only to loss the whole city to a curse. This loss was too much for Celestia and she losses sight of what is important. Luna also losses her way, and starts to see Celestia as becoming weak. Luna embraces the inner darkness to become the one and only ruler of Equestria.

After the battle of the bands, the Dazzlings return to there home. Adagio starts to blame Sonata and Aria for not being strong enough and Aria starts to yell back. Sonata try's to stop the fight but both Adagio and Aria Yells at her to butt out. Tears fill Sonata's eyes and she runs to her room for the night, listening to Adagio and Aria yell for several more hours. The next day, Sonata slips out of the house with some pocket money and just spends the day by herself, after all she didn't want to be yelled at anymore.

She heads to the park where she runs into Fluttershy.
Then to the Zoo, with a meeting with Pinky Pie.
Then to the mall, and Rarity Boutique.

Cherish is the older sister of Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. Her story begins back when Celestia and Luna where just little foals.
Cherish goes to investigate a cloud of black smoke and leaves her 2 sisters in a safe place. What she finds is a large fire breathing dragon destroying a village near the castle. Cherish fights the dragon to protect the ponies of the village and more importantly to her, her sisters.
After the fight with the dragon Cherish ended up in a crystal tomb, and would remain their for several thousand years, till just a few days after the Crystal Empires return. Her crystal tomb would open and a colt named Macintosh finds her and helps her to safety.
