Thank you everypony, for sticking with me through the second Arc of Ponest Dungeon. It’s been extremely fun to write, and I’m relieved to have finally posted it. I’ve gotten a lot of supportive comments, and actually ended up being featured several times during the past week and a half of posting. So again, I’ll say thank you to everypony who’s been reading.
So, news on Arc 3:
Ok, I don't know if anyone has seen this, but I couldn't stop laughing, so here it is:
Once again, the stars are right.
And Fimfiction is at the very epicenter of fanfic unrest.
Authors rally to their twisted horsewords,
And notifications post in anticipation of the coming chapters.
Far below, lie many comments
Arguing to the rhythm
Of OTP.
I will begin posting my horsewords within the next 24 hours. And nopony will be safe... from the Ponest Dungeon.
Arc 2 is almost here.
It’s very close now.
80,623 words so far, and only a few edits remain. I say this because every time I do an edit on a chapter, I seem to accidentally add about a thousand words.
Now, I know it’s kinda odd that I release this story in Arcs, instead of by the chapter. As far as my reasoning for doing that:
I am still working on Ponest Dungeon, I promise. It’s been a busy summer, and I haven’t gotten nearly as much progress done as I’d hoped. Now, despite the base of Arc 2 being complete, I’m finding myself having to go back and make sure that I didn’t violate causality in any places that don’t outright require it (eldritch horrors, y’know).
So do know that it is in the works.
It is happening.
It is inevitable.
It is... just slow.
So, the reason I’ve been slow on my other stories is because I’ve been working on this little side project, Tartarus Raiser.
A brief synopsis of this story is that it is a rated-G take on Clive Barker’s Hellraiser. So, how did I manage that? Honestly, not 100% sure myself. But the result is a comedic little trip into the realms of forbidden culinary pleasures.
