Week 2: The Creative Process with Rainbow P. Dash and Rarity [Comedy]
Some ponies take inspiration from various forms of art. Then there's Rainbow Dash, who is not only convinced she can do musical theatre, but do it better, much to Rarity's chagrin.

Trust is a funny thing. For Fluttershy it is rarely given, if ever at all, though there are some things she simply cannot bear to admit beyond herself. But then, Discord has never asked anypony's permission to take what he wants, has he? Even if it's a secret. So he watches as she copes with her addiction with increasingly brutality even towards those she once so fervently fought for, and waits for just the right moment to expose her.

But not because he wants to, mind you.

After Rainbow Dash's magnum opus fan-fiction, Daring Do and the Ring of Destiny, fails to attract the response from her editor, Rarity, that she expected, she copes with her feelings of rejection in a manner befitting of her established reputation: by parking her cloud mansion above the boutique and drenching it in a watery apocalypse.

Having lost her bow to a day's worth of Crusading, Applebloom is far too distraught over the loss to do as her sister asks and wait until morning to search for it. If she is quick, she can retrace her steps, find her ribbon, and be back in bed before anypony notices.

Right?

With age comes wisdom, and Applebloom is sadly lacking in both. Night on the Everfree Border is no place for a filly, yet still she searches, unaware she is being watched by more than one hunter.

Twilight becomes Princess. Trixie doesn't cope very well.

Artistically and emotionally drained, Rarity is left to ponder her capability over a therapeutic banana split.

Though once she craved nothing more than the glamor and sophistication associated with a pony of status that she is surely destined to be, Rarity nonetheless laments how little time left she has for the one thing she cherishes most of all in this world: her family, be they by blood or bond.
