I am really liking the way you are characterizing Fluttershy and Dash. It seems so spot-on. I look forward to reading what else happens. Keep up the great writing!
A very interesting and inspired interpretation of Rainbow Dash's past relationship with Gilda and current relationship with Fluttershy. Couple that with the magnificent description of the characters' emotions from one moment to the next and this is nothing short of a masterpiece. I am thoroughly intrigued to see what comes next.
I'm only so far into this, but you've asked for feedback and I just thought I'd throw my two bits in.
You're just not used to other people looking after you, Rainbow
You said people, instead of ponies. And here:
her hands
Despite Gilda not being a pony and therefore not having hooves, she'd still qualify more as having claws over hands.
There might have been a few other 'human' slip-ups, but none that I immediately noticed.
Other than that, I'm really enjoying this story. Other than the amazing detail writing and in-character dialog that crushes my own, FlutterDash is a particular top favorite ship of mine and I try to read as many of them as possible. Still yet to write one of my own though. Not really sure how I'd do it either.
Ok why the hell does EVERY flutterdash also mention Gildadash? It gets annoying. Every good Flutterdash is RUINED by Gildadash shipping. It woul't be so bad if it was one or two . . . but it seems likeEVERY story assumes they were more than friends!
so good...

Very interesting indeed. Gonna like and fave this one for being so damn well-written.

You are of the "Wing Boner" school of thought. I tend to agree (although, obviously, there is no direct evidence) It just seems reasonable.
What is up with wing boners? Getting a wing boner when you're turned on is like a human arm stiffening up when we get turned on. It doesn't happen.
Having a limb that has muscles stiffen up on its own its called a muscle cramp.
