Rescue operations were called off and delayed before sundown. Additional survivors remain, and efforts will resume as soon as possible.

Some psychological evaluations have been started by Doctor Blue Sky and his team, though a majority of their efforts are on stabilizing new survivors and providing care until they can be moved to additional sites.

Odd that Twilight kept going on about how she 'abandoned her friends' before and yet she doesn't even seem to acknowledge that she pulled Rainbow Dash back from the Shadow Realm completely and utterly unharmed.

That is interesting... could be she's talking about the friends that got turned. By separating from them, and trying to help the survivors, she did abandon them, if only temporarily, and for justifiable reasons.

I’m starting to think twilight has that mantra because she is already one of Them, they all used to be ponies before, and twilight herself said she “woke up” from being one, maybe her mantra is to remind herself of who she used to be, and hopefully still can be if she ever gets out

OK aftet the derpy bit I'm confident that Twilight is one of them and that the scaring are just from her trying to send them back and they fighting it, as for scaring on the unconscious either she had to render the survivors like that or she was clumsy
