Dreams are a strange quirk of peoples lives. Many such people can say they're a gateway into another world. Those thoughts are true for me in this world called Equestria. I wonder how much of this life is real. Or is it all just Fantasy?
Honestly great to see your back. I am somewhat curious about what you meant about Unicorn and Earth Pony years though? Something along the lines of different lifespan I would think?
10784350 Yup~! Unicorns have a naturally longer lifespan then Earth pony folk do because they have magic to augment their age limit. Star Swirl being a prime example of an old as heck unicorn.
Of course, don't count Earth ponies out. Any of them could stubborn enough to live longer then anyone would normally expect them to and can more then likely can outlast them. Granny Smith being more then likely over a hundred years old.
Oooh. On a side note, you can all expect chapter 5 to take a bit of time. As it has a lot of Canterlot content to thrush out as well as my thoughts to what to make the CSOG [Canterlot school of the gifted] entrance exam to be. Damn well hoping that it's not going to take me another four years to make, but we'll just have to see.
Y'all know how crazy things have been out there after all XD
I'm completely okay with the whole "dream rollback" that you had happen, as it answers many questions, solves many problems, prepares Wispy for her new path by both granting her knowledge of magic & getting all the antsy "I'm an adult" stuff out of her system, prevents Wispy from getting in trouble for seeing the note Twilight was meant to read and burn, and also happily retcons a lot of things that could've been seen as bad writing, in an understandable, in-story way, and that could be looked at as being foreshadowed by the bad writing which got retconned. Just please don't make the whole "dream rollback" business a recurring element in this story.
10786370 Thankfully I only planned to do that the one time as it made sense from both the writers standpoint and the characters standpoint that being an adventurer at her age and skill set is honestly a horrible idea.
Her body is younger then her mind. And such a thing can and will cause a lot of bad life choices when you forget that your younger then you used to be. Of course, having an older mind isn't exactly a bad thing when it comes to other specifics.
Of course I could also just say that at the time of writing that sequence I was having horrible writers block and needed a fresh and understandable way to get her out of what had already been written and into something that seemed more natural to actually have happen, rather then a possible railway to getting borked later down the line without a method of 'protection'.
Now. I do have some idea on how to wrap that dreamloop up to being needed [] storyline wise. But that's for the later chapters to explain; if'n I manage to get them written down.
It exists! Aaaaa~!
Well damn, that was unexpected

My sentiment exactly
Glad to see this isn't dead, I had to reread the first chapter before what this was hit me like a boot of lightning.
IT'S ALIVE
AHHHH

Well never thought to see an new chapter here but now it is. I’m very happy to see that.
