Slightly rough and raspy in a bit of a middle pitched voice, with a bit of an urban accent. His speaking voice would be much different than the tone and dialect of his thoughts. He thinks with more clarity than you would assume by his actions. He is also a smoker, and enjoys his drink a bit more than he should, so that MIGHT help give you an idea of how he would sound in conversation.
