Broken headphones

Fourth day before Summer break

** Four days before Summer break **

Sunny was destroyed in the inside, staring everywhere.
The ceiling, her homework and her left hand, the knuckles of her hand were bleeding from the punch she did on the wall, but she didn't care.
She didn't want to do to anything, just lay there, sad and alone.
She looked at a picture of her and Lemon.
Sunny felt a burning sensation inside of her and took the picture in her hands.
She just wanted to stay in her room but she remembered that she had school, if she missed a single day of school, there could be very bad sentences.
She packed up her things slowly and got breakfast.
Before she went to school, she looked at her skateboard right next to the door.

"Not anymore..." Sunny said to herself.

After some minutes, she finally got to school.
She went to her locker and got her things before she heard someone.

"Hey Sunny." Said Lemon.

"Hey Lemon..." Sunny said. Not making eye contact with Lemon.

"How was yesterday? " Lemon asked. Sunny
didn't want to make herself look like a girl who doesn't have friends, she started lying.

It was great! I never had such a fun day. I was with Pinkie Pie, skating all the day."Sunny said. Lemon's eyes widened.
"Pinkie is such a good friend." Sunny smiled.

"Cool, I...euh...I had fun too." Lemon responded.

Sunny looked at Lemon, she was acting weird.

"Maybe I could make her jealous." Sunny thought.
"This will be a nice payback for this month."

"Sunny Flare: Lemon, can I tell you something?"

"Lemon Zest: of course, what is it?"

"Sunny Flare: I think I'm in love with her."

"Lemon Zest: W...Why do you think so?"

"Sunny Flare: Because yesterday was the best hang out of my life."

Sunny hit her good.

* Flashback *

- The first hang out of Sunny and Lemon -

Sunny and Lemon were at the entrance of Spaceland.

"Lemon Zest: Pfiou, we rocked at Spaceland today huh?"

"Sunny Flare: It was the best hang out of my life!"

"Lemon Zest: Yes! We beated Rainbow Dash at Astrocade! We got autographs from David Hasselhoof on ours Skateboards , We got Moonshakes and more than 500 tickets!"

"Sunny Flare: It's not from that..." Sunny started blushing.

"Lemon Zest: Why then?"

Sunny Flare: Because of you..."

"Lemon Zest: You...you really mean that?"

"Sunny Flare: Yes."

Lemon hugged Sunny.

* End of the flashback *

"Lemon Zest: Cool..."

Sunny Flare: Well, I must get to classes. Bye Lemon." Sunny waved at Lemon as she leaved.

"Lemon Zest: Bye Sunny..."

Sunny went to her class leaving Lemon sad.

"That feels good." Sunny thought.

** After morning classes **

Morning classes were done, Sunny packed up her things and decided to go to the cafeteria.

After Sunny leaved the class, someone grabbed her by the shoulder and turned her around.

It was Sour Sweet, Sunny stared at her."You..."

"Hey. What's wrong Sour Sweet?" Sunny stared.

"Sour Sweet: Don't act, like you don't know anything. What did you do to Lemon? She didn't talk to anyone during all the morning. I tried to cheer her up but she didn't care. The only one who was with her before classes was you."

"Sunny Flare: You were spying on me?!"

"Sour Sweet: Yes! I take care of Lemon. What did you do to her?"

"Sunny Flare: I didn't do anything!"

"You want to play this game huh? Then let's play." Sour thought.

"Sour Sweet: You did something to my Lemon!"

Sunny's eyes widened.
Her Lemon?
Sunny felt a burning sensation in her chest and tears falling from her eyes.
She cleaned her eyes as she stood in front of Sour.

"Sunny Flare: What do you mean *my Lemon*?

"Sour Sweet: Oh didn't I tell you? Lemon is my girl."

Sunny had enough, she was definitely corrupted.

"Grrrr!!!" Sunny's anger was unleashed.

She punched Sour's stomach and pushed her off.
Before Sour could react, Sunny started strangling her with her arm.

"Sour Sweet: *Coughing*

Sour tried to escape but it was no use, Sunny was stronger than her.
After a few moments, Sour could feel that she was gonna pass out and got on her knees.
Sunny released her but she wasn't done.
Sour looked at Sunny before she felt pain in her face.
Sunny kicked her in the face. Leaving Sour on the floor.
Sunny putted herself on top of Sour as she started crying.

"I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU!" Sunny started punching Sour's face like a maniac.

After some time, Sunny was tired.
She felt dizzy, her head was spinning.
She looked down, her knuckles and parts of her hands were filled with blood.
Blood was covering Sour's lips and cheeks, making Sunny come back to her senses.

"Oh my goodness!" Sunny screamed.
Sour was unconsious.
Luckily, no one was near her, everybody was in the cafeteria.
Sunny was lost, normally she would never do that, seeing Sour unconsious with her mouth filled with blood was traumatizing.
Sunny was doomed, even if she escaped to her home, Sour would tell everyone what she has done.
Sunny thought for very long and got an idea.

"The infirmary! I can make some sort of drug that could make her forget!" Sunny thought.
Without second thoughts, she carried Sour secretly to the infirmary.
She looked inside of the infirmary, nobody.
She putted Sour on one of the beds and started cleaning her hands and Sour's mouth before looking for books about the medicine that she was looking for.
After a few minutes, she found the perfect formula.

"Ok... Let's do this." Sunny started to work.

* Ten minutes later *

She putted the drug inside of a syringe and planted it on Sour's neck.

"Now all I need to do is find a distraction to put Sour on one of the tables without anyone sees me." Sunny thought.
"The cafeteria has a window, if I can make something that make all the people stare at it...( thinking ) I got it!" Sunny dashed to find a student.

Sunny locked everywhere to see if anyone was around.
She tapped gently a secret code on the locker and a student came out of it.

"Hey, I need your help." Sunny said to the student.

"What can I do for you Sunny Flare?" The student asked.

"I need a distraction that could make an entire cafeteria to look at a window." Sunny said.

"I have the perfect thing for you." The student showed Sunny some fireworks.

"It's perfect." Sunny said, giving the student some money.

"Glad to do business with you, bye" the student locked himself in the locker.

"Ok...The end line is near..." Sunny thought.

* After a few minutes *

Sunny was outside of the school with Sour's unconscious body, she was preparing the fireworks for the distraction.

Sunny Flare: Ok...1...2...3...GO!

She lit the fireworks.

Sunny left with Sour to the cafeteria.
She looked inside of the cafeteria, success!
Everyone was distracted, she then carried Sour's body to a table and putted her in a sit position.
She then reached her backpack and pulled out her lunch.
She ate in silence, thinking about everything that happened.

"Sunny Flare: I hurt Lemon, Sour is her girlfriend and I punched her like crazy and now...I'm lying to everyone..."

She felt like the worst person on the world, all that because of her jealousy.

"Lemon..." Sunny started crying." I can't tell her anything, I don't want to lose the rest of our friendship... Ouch!" She forgot that her left hand was injured, she wanted to clear her eyes.
Her knuckles were leaving blood again.

"I deserve it..." Sunny said as she let her hand get filled with blood.

* 15 minuted after classes *

Sunny was alone in the school, she was making sure that there was no evidence left on the school.
She started leaving the school, near the entrance someone was waiting for her.

"L...Lemon?!" Sunny was scared.

"Sunny. Are you hiding something?" Lemon was approaching her.

"I...I..." She flew to the school entrance but Lemon had her skateboard. She stoped right in front of Sunny.

"Lemon Zest: So..."

"Sunny Flare: I euh...I don't hide anything! Really!"

Lemon grabbed Sunny's left arm. Revealing the blood.

"Lemon Zest: Do you think that I don't care about you? I saw you crying on the table. What is the problem? Who did that to you?"

"Sunny Flare: I can't tell you..."

"Lemon Zest: Tell me Sunny!"

** A heavy rain started falling **

Sunny Flare: NO!"

"Lemon Zest: TELL ME!

"Sunny Flare: I.SAID.NO!"

Sunny pushed Lemon, the water made Lemon slip, making her fall on the stairs of the school's entrance.
Sunny eyes widened in terror.
Lemon landed on her neck, but the problem was that her headphones were on her neck.
Lemon's headphones broke, her headphones were old, they couldn't resist that fall. The water broke the headphones from the inside too.
Sunny stepped back, she did the error of her life, break her crush most valuable thing of her world.
Lemon picked up the pieces of her headphones as she started leaving tears.
That made Sunny's heart break, more than three times.

"Why...?" Lemon asked.

Sunny couldn't resist anymore, she ran away.
She arrived at her home and locked all the doors.

She locked herself on her room.
She destroyed Lemon's headphones, the death sentence.
The remaining pieces of her friendship with Lemon were broken.

"I need some time..." Sunny said to herself.

She made dinner for herself, took a shower and headed to her room again.

"I need to buy her new headphones!" Sunny said."Good idea."
"I just need to avoid Lemon during my work."Sunny said.

After twenty minutes, she prepared everything.
She landed on her bed.

"Okay, I just need to avoid Lemon and Sour, okay...were is that shopping web?"Sunny said.

A loud storm hit Sunny's house, making the house go into a blackout.

"Oh no! My phone as 1%!" Sunny said as she curled up.

Before her phone died, a message showed in front of Sunny, making her have nightmares about tomorrow.

Indigo Zap: You're dead.

Her phone blacked out, making Sunny be surrounded by the shadows.
