Great story. My only problem is every time I hear about Luna's "Night Court", I keep thinking that at some point Pony John Larroquette is going to show up.
8126472 I was too young to understand or be interested in that show, but awsome reference!
8126492 it was a fun TV show. It was a comedy and covered that point in time when NY was changing from how it was all sleazy and stuff in the 70s to how it is now where Time Square is all high-end commercial stuff.
Check out some of the clips on youtube if you ever get bored. There's some hilarious stuff.
this reminds me of a scene in Estee's story, "a mark of appeal": the first time Luna held Night Court, many of the petitioners were ponies whose requests Celestia had already rejected-for good reasons!
Wow Stony was stupid.

Actually that was what I had in the back of my mind when creating Stony Structures. He was trying to do an end run around Celestia by petitioning Luna (not that she would have been fooled either), but he shot himself in the hoof with his biased attitude towards Destined.
I think Destined needs to talk to Twilight I can imagine she still gets ponies like Stony. She probably isn;t sure she's made the right decision from time to time for that matter both Luna and Celestia probably privately wonder if they made the right decision from time to time
It ain't easy being the new Prince on the block... Horn high, Destined, the practice will do you good. Even if you don't believe it now.
Goldfur it might lack illustration but like always your words paint the scene for me at least very well indeed..
Wow, Stony, sometimes I forget in my own fiddling just how, people can be.
Could be interesting to see how Destined handles a real pony politic dilemma

I was going to say the same.
