After killing his mentor and having an encounter with Paleblood the hunter is transported into Equestria and if forced to adapt to a world of talking ponies with no need of his skills.
To be fair, the hunter's probably gone a LONG time since he last had to show any real sort of restraint, strength wise. i mean, when you're used to fighting monsters multiple times your size, or otherwise freakishly strong, restraint isnt something you need. it's perfectly reasonable that he could have just not realized the force he put into it, or did and just expected rainbow to be able to tank it
aaaand rainbow has ptsd. that's gonna go swimmingly
also, "Pony" doesnt refer to immature horses, that's colts and filly. pony is a specific term for a horse that, when fully grown, is below 58 inches at the shoulder in height
9353097 Yeah, I thought I was being clever with the pony thing. I'm usually extremely anal with the accuracy I put into my stories, but seeing as I made Draxton Scotish, and Shetland ponies are a thing, I just need to add one more thing to the list of things I'll need to explain in the future about mistakes I've made in the chapters.
Other than that, what are your thoughts overall on the story, discounting the fact I abandoned it for a year.
9353495 eh, not bad, in my opinion. not gonna lie, i'm a bit.....hesitant about this particular crossover, as well.......bloodborne is......eh......calling it "nightmarefuel" is putting things kindly. not exactly something i'm....EAGER to be seen brought to the land of friendship and ponies. dont get me wrong, i love Bloodborne, and i love MLP but....putting them together makes me concerned about the overall physical and mental health of the characters i love. i mean, it's all fun and games until someone like derpy or rarity get turned into the surrogate mother of a Great One and are driven insane by the horrible abomination they give birth too.
The way you portray Draxton amongst the denizens of Equis is perfect! He is certainly Over powered in his abilities, but unlike most other stories which portray a over powered character, he is rightly so.
I’ve seen the horrors of Yharnam & the Nightmares, the worst levels of equestrias Tartarus could not compare to the profane nature of these places. And since Draxton had to fight tooth & nail just to survive (& even then presumably die once or twice) in these places, it’d make sense that he would be unequaled for a world that has never experienced such terrors! In fact you can sense just how out of place Draxton is, from the way he acts & talks, to his very own dreams/Nightmares, you can feel that his past struggles. The struggles to survive the hunt. Is starting to bleed through into his new world!
9627162 Who? If you're referring to Luna, next chapter gets a little more interesting in that regard. If you're referring to Rainbow, that's just good old fashion PTSD, courtesy of your local mass murderer kindly acquainting you with the wooden floor.

Overall 2/10
“Wouldn’t recommend” -The Ironclad Knight.
Jk, 100/10... I’m honored to have even seen this story!

Using Quicksilver bullets to activate the Old Hunter's Bone is merely a game mechanic
Well she’s lost her sanity.

Sorry. I meant Luna.
Don’t worry Luna. It’s all a mere...bad dream.
