Subtle foreshadowing is not so subtle.

3365947 That's going to be explored next chapter. And for the record, he had been referring to the past times they were contacted - there was never any way to find the culprit in previous messages, and this is the first time they've been given an actual place.

I still feel he did not react enough. If this is the first time with actual meeting being written about, he should at the least note it. Maybe a double take or something.
And then change the Imperium explanation to signify thatso farthere was no way to trace them.Yeah, I'm tired... how did I miss that?Or maybe it's just me being picky... maybe... welp, time to sleep, then!
Night, Y'all...
3365989 It seemed to make sense to me. And this being Arrell, he probably just didn't think about the meeting thing and won't realize it until later.
3365992
Indeed.
And I somehow managed to miss the bit where it said that so far the letters were vague. I simply thought there was no trace of signifying that it's the first like that. Sorry... I need sleep...
3366002 Go sleep then.

WHY ARE YOU TALKING WITH THE REPLICATORS? Grab this ARG and run! If we can get to the chopper in time, we might still be able to save the story. RUN!!! I'll provide covering fire.
3366102 ...what?

Alright, I'll go slowly on this one. First off, if you've never heard of Stargate SG-1, I will hate you forever. You will have brought dishonor upon your family. Second, The replicators are from Stargate SG-1 and quite literally eat everything they come across and change it on a molecular level into more of themselves, thus replicating. They also absorb technology and adapt to combat it. Third, look at that assassin guy's avatar pic.
3366117 I have heard of Stargate. I just have never watched it. In fact, I don't really watch any shows, unless I got into them a year ago or earlier, since after that I got too busy to spend time trying to catch up on new episodes of stuff.

meh.
The Imperium. Now that sound interesting.

As Teal'c said: In my culture, I would be well within my rights to dismember you.
For some reason, whenever I try to picture what The Imperium look like, I automatically jump to Imperator Ix from Sonic Chronicles.
3380690 Nah, it's just a group of ponies who think Arrell needs to die for the safety of the world. Typical racists.
Also, fun fact: Sonic Chronicles is one of only three Sonic the Hedgehog games I have beaten. The other two being Unleashed and Black Knight.
3380703 Chronicles is literally the only Sonic game I've beaten. I got to the last level of Generations, but didn't beat it.
3380714 I have yet to play a Sonic game I liked, aside from Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, which I only really liked for the Chao Garden. Unleashed, Black Knight, and Chronicles I only played to the end because I had nothing better to do at the time.
3380720 Really? I'd have thought there'd be at least one Sonic game you liked, if only because you're kind of a chillaxed dude who I can see enjoying one.
3380732 Well, I haven't played many of them, and I never hated a Sonic game aside from Unleashed. All others, I found mediocre at worst, kinda good but not worth devoting constant time to at best.
I will admit, though, that if I was given a Sonic game nowadays (and I didn't have to pay too much for it), I would eagerly do a let's play of it, if only because it'd be different.
3380749 I'm assuming you hated Unleash because of the stupid medal system.
3380753 No, I hated it because the Werehog levels lasted freaking forever. I had the Wii version.
3380756 Oh. I have the 360 version.
